    Fantastic app! Would love to see an option to set timer to reposition bed from one position to another. For example, back is upright but after an hour it goes down by itself while I’m asleep.
  • App Update

    I just purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max with iOS 16.2 and since then the app is not performing properly. It just keeps flashing the hours slept and not giving me the REM sleep, deep sleep, etc. can you provide an update for the app as I use it every day. Thank you.
  • Very cool insanely expensive but may be worth

    As of now the data is amazing if it’s 100% true and accurate I don’t know it definitely gets my sleep time correct because I have another apparatus to track my sleep and heart rate. that alone is 100% correct I don’t know how on earth they do that it’s very impressive and cool. some of the information like air tracking I wouldn’t trust besides that it’s great.

  • One big glitch

    My wife and I have been using this for a year and we do love it.
    It delivers information in an outstanding and easy to digest format.
    It breaks down the phases of sleep very well.
    For instance, sometimes I know I was dreaming right when my alarm goes off in the morning sometimes, and when I check the app it reflects that I was in a REM stage at that time.

    My only complaint is an important issue however. It outweighs all the other brilliant features.

    When the app calculates total sleep it is inaccurate. For instance, last night the app showed I went to sleep at 12:18AM and woke at 7:18AM, with one wake up of 11 mins. Therefore my total sleep should be 7 hours and 7 mins, but the app says I slept 6 hours 30 mins!!

    At first I thought I was missing something, but the sleep start and wake times are correct, only it adds the time incorrectly.

    Today I tried checking my apple health - (the sleep tracker imports data there as well if you allow)

    (I never like looking at my sleep there because the heart rate display is better and the sleep phase display is better. But it adds the total sleep wrong.)

    When I checked my total sleep on apple health it was correct, 7 hours, 7 mins.

    To summarize, the app said my total sleep was 6 hours, 30 mins - but my health app said I got 7 hours, 7 mins of sleep using the same data.

    The strangest thing is the display shows the correct time falling asleep and waking up. But it simply calculates the total time asleep incorrectly.

    No glitch, this is designed behavior. While you only may have had 1 full awake period during the night you likely had several brief awakes. These brief awakes are shown on the sleep graph in your app as small red dashes, place your finger over of the dash and you will see the duration of the brief awake.   • Honest review

    It took several months of aggravation, but we finally got our beds working properly. They are very comfortable but I wish the head section lowered below the bed like the store model did. I have neck issues and having my neck lower than the bed felt fantastic and was the selling point to our purchase. But our beds were level so I didn’t get that benefit It is nice knowing my sleep habits. I’m working to improve my sleep. I would recommend this Temperpedic bed but be careful where you buy it.

  • Super way to evaluate my sleep

    I am thankful for this app. I get a detailed report every morning of the quality of my sleep the night before. This allows me to adjust my life style accordingly. Bravo!
  • User friendly? don’t make me laugh

    My wife took hours to set up your shoty app and product. It is infuriatingly frustrating. We had to get a Wi-Fi booster in our room 20 feet from the router and then it still didn’t connect until we messed with it for a further 2 hours then the remote control in the app for the bed didn’t work even though it said it was connected. We paid an extra 1000 dollars for this debacle and it hasn’t met even my standards of crank car window status. Lame is lame lame does.

  • Excellent

    The base app does just what it should- works perfectly night after night. I opted for a purple mattress- temperpedic are SO hot I absolutely cannot recommend the mattress < even though the last one was the “new and improved cooling feature”— but the base is fantastic!!!
  • Remote is poorly responsive

    The tracker is good. But the remote I’m within the app is poorly responsive. Not all commands works. One can start the massage, but can’t stop it from the app. Poor response to positioning the bed. As a tracker, amazing. But the remote, not. I truly want the remote to work since one can control the iPhone screen brightness, but not the physical remote, and at night that matters

  • The review of my base and sleep tracker.

    We made the big purchase and I must say that the sleep tracker feature was a great selling point. Unfortunately it has a few anomalies. The customer service, while being prompt with the emails, still needs a little bit too. I write this review after purchase and set up. The sleep tracking has been hit or miss at best. I hope that since it is so new, that’s the reason for the way it functions or doesn’t. We did have a repair performed on it Also. I hope that it starts working the way that it’s supposed to and if so I’ll fix my review but for now honesty is the best policy. Thanks for reading
