  • Hahahahaha. I love This thing Bed

    This is gotta be the most coolest bed I’ve ever owned in my life I’ve always wanted one for the last 10 years and I finally got one I have had complete sleep problems and all these doctors want me to get wristbands and do a sleep study and pretty much this bed will do it all for me so now I don’t have to go to the doctor and do all this testing this bed will bring me up to speed and that way I can give this information my doctor now makes life a little bit easier plus super comfortable and I’m snuggly in the morning and snuggle at night I do notice one thing about this bed is that when I go to sleep at night it vibrates for a good 20 minutes before and then soon as I turn off the vibration it makes my body so calm that I’m able to fall asleep very very fast I love this thing

  • For the most part works great

    For the most part it works very well. At times the app gets stuck and won’t give you the information right away takes forever that’s why I gave it three stars. Information it gives you is very useful
  • Good but room for improvement

    I would like to see HRV (heart rate variability) measured, something like the Whoop app. Also the snore function could maybe have another level where it possibly raises the head a little further than the first event of snoring. Also it doesn’t seem the answers to the questions after sleeping serve any purpose.

  • Good but edits don’t work

    App is good but fails in several areas. It has difficulty during a designated sleep period of knowing when the user gets up briefly (pets, bathroom, et al) and then comes back to bed. App often ends the sleep too early. It then becomes impossible to edit the sleep and have it reflected. You can edit the sleep period but the app fails to update the graphics and score.

  • So easy to set up

    This was the easiest program I have ever used on an adjustable base bed. We have one by another company in our master bedroom and I think my husband is going to be changing rooms after he checks out this frame and mattress tonight. Too easy just too easy.
  • Very comfortable

    Bought this bed with the smart base. I have to say I love the snore response for my husband. The only issue I have is that both sides are reading my husband’s stats and not mine. I don’t snore and I have an unusually high heart rate. My husband has a low heart rate. My side is saying what my husbands says. So I wore my Iwatch and sure enough my heart rate is higher abs sure enough it is. I can’t rely on stats but my husband does like the bed raised with snoring. Mattress is super comfortable. Love it

  • Love it!

    This app has truly changed the way I approach sleeping - never thought much about the ability to improve my sleep but this app tracks so much detailed information that I have been able to make positive changes that have had a direct impact on the quality of my sleep.

    The best part of this app is the customer service. I had some issues with the processor and the response from customer support was immediate and thorough. After a few back and forths they determined that the processor was rebooting unnecessarily and shipped a new processor to me within a day. Given the fact I had purchased the bed frame fully set-up I was a little uncertain about my ability to replace the processor and do a new set-up, but their simple step by step instructions were easy - even for a non-techie like me!

  • Doesn’t recognize falling asleep

    Sometimes it doesn’t recognize when I’ve gone to sleep. I can be in bed at2230 n fall asleep almost immediately but it says I didn’t go to sleep until 2:30 in the morning. Then it gives me a sleep quality of 62! Not sure why that happens.
  • Not connecting like it should

    11/22 I finally found a phone number in the documents (not the app). Recommend putting a phone number to contact in the app also. The fix was simple and I suggest it be added to the FAQ. Unplug for 2 min to reset the wireless connection. I would have had the app connected a week earlier instead of trying to several days. Once I reached a person, the service was excellent and they stayed on the line until install was totally complete. Updating my rating from 1 to 5. The data this app provides is eye opening

    11/19 I have followed the instructions (multiple tries) and the network isn’t showing up. Only an email to troubleshoot. Not thrilled as I would expect to be able to reach a human to resolve technical issues.

  • Nee Setup

    I have created 2 tickets to support now and I can't believe it's this difficult to set this up. The first one was the wi-fi which was fixed after resetting the sensor. The 2nd ticket is still in progress. The verification process keeps failing with a message of "Two Control Boxes have been detected..." I chose the King Bed (no Cal King option) and Powerbase options in the Verification step. I have a Cal King with a single base NOT "dual base" but the app thinks otherwise. By the way, I have checked under the bed and there is only one power base. I actually added the S/N of the Powerbase in the app when it asked me. Needless to say, the verification process does not complete.
