  • Support is horrible!

    - Predefined topics for email correspondence that do not support all issues.
    - No feedback on submitted reimbursement requests when not authorized….they just sit there waiting for the requester to realize no action has been taken and that they (requestor) has to figure out how to contact to get the problem resolved.
    - No consistency with approvals. Sometimes denied for lack of documentation, even when not required. Depends on which operator answers as to whether the problem will be resolved quickly or escalated to a supervisor who realizes that documentation is not required.
    - No way to delete erroneous reimbursement requests. They just stay there and cause confusion.

    These are but a few of the challenges I’ve encountered over the years.

  • Wish the App Worked

    Wish I could give a proper review based on the app’s use and interface but it actually doesn’t work on either of my iPhones with 2 different carriers. I download the app, sign in and then it just glitches and forces itself closed. Been doing this for months. Idk of it’s just an iPhone glitch…but y’all really gotta fix this but. I should have to pull out my laptop to check my benefits. 0/10 would not recommend…with the condition that I could actually USE the app 🙄

  • Hard to use

    There are issues with the fonts being very large in comparison with the text box. I re-installed everything and I was finally able to use it for asking to get reimbursed for an expense. When I tried finding a way to report these issues to the developer from the app, there was no way to do this
  • Needs major work

    Filed for my first reimbursement today after going round and round with customer service to even get my account set up. I had to select a date that a purchase was made from the Calendar in the app. The 2021 calendar had the dates on incorrect days of the week and was actually missing Saturdays altogether. Such a basic error. On a positive note I was able to successfully file for reimbursement.

  • Incomplete

    When I got my card, I was in no way informed I still needed to e-verify and that my card wasn’t active yet. I had to call customer support who told me to use the app… which also didn’t tell me anything about how to fix the problem. I had to call again to learn to use the website to create a support ticket to submit my documents. Leaving the whole broken process aside, I expect this app to be able to tell me there’s a problem with my account and have an interface for fixing it, not some backend solution. I really hope they make this change.

  • Absolutely horrible

    Getting reimbursement is like climbing Mt Everest in the worst conditions. Plus why the need for verification when we are paying our doctor, who’s a specialist their copay thru them whether over the phone or in person in need of verification???? As I opposed to seeing a primary care showing on the app under transactions not in need??? I think you need to review our insurance plan for this year thru employer and update app immediately! We’ve been with TASC for years and never had a complaint until now!! TASC remember it’s OUR money and you are not the insurance company nor the doctors. And remind your senior customer service representative to never threaten a customer again saying that if she audits we would owe you money??? When to begin with it is our money we put in! Please explain that?! I’m not the only one experiencing this and upset over it so expect more complaints. Plus navigating through it is even more confusing!!!

  • Unusable

    This app is practically unusable most days. Generally I have to just get on my laptop tablet in order to use the website. The app crashes when I attempt to upload my bills and receipts and if I use the app to attach them as verification they never actually attach to the transaction. I have to go to the website to attach the verification documents to the transaction. It is super frustrating and a waste of time. About the only thing this app is useful for is quickly checking my current balance. If it matters, I have an iPhone 11 that I keep updated.

  • Straight up does not work

    Update:
    Some improvements (I can now log in), but still major issues. But I’ve bumped this up to 2 stars. Need to add a dependent? The option is there, but the request fails every time. I think as able to request a reimbursement, which is a big plus from previous attempts to use the app.

    I can’t even review this app correctly because it won’t even let me log in. It says to use the existing email and password from tasconline, but it just says user doesn’t exist even though I’m logged into my online account without any issues.
    So, back to the drawing board, engineers.

  • Stinks. Almost completely unusable

    This app does not except patient ledger’s, does not except invoices from service providers with multiple dates, refuses multiple dates, sometimes excepts the wrong year of service and has no way for you to undo it. Keeps asking for more verification even when provided with a patient ledger for all insurance and co-pay charges. Customer service unable to resolve either

  • Reimbursements went well!

    After some dental work, I forgot to use MyCash card - so I submitted two different requests for reimbursements - one for the dentist and one for the pharmacy.

    At first I was a bit concerned after reading the latest negative reviews. But...... as has always been my experience with TASC, I had a great experience with my reimbursements. They were paid within a few hours of submitting them.
