Very Poor Experience
Since I was new to money market accounts, I explored a couple of companies where I invested $5K into UFB and $5K into another. After opening the UFB account I tried to invest money, however, the system provided me an error message saying I’ve exceeded my daily amount. I called UFB and they turned on a setting to allow me to deposit funds (not convenient). One week later I tried to add additional funds, but gave me the same error message. At this point I knew this is not the right account for me. I tried to transfer some funds $2K back into my external account and it gave me the same message that Exeeded my daily limit. I called UFB, they did not understand why I was receiving this message and why I was going through the issues. They said they had to call me back to get management involved. I still haven’t heard from them. During the wait, I was able to transfer and withdraw small amounts out of my account to get my money back. Be very careful with this company.

Wrong type of account
Everything looked good and I opened an account. But they direct you to the lower interest checking account instead of the advertised high interest account. I tried to change via their customer chat - nope. Tried to send them a message - nope. Now I will be closing my account. Bummer!
“Customers” is plural, not possessive
I can’t do business with a bank that doesn’t know that.
