Fitness Plan Prices block gym details
I came to the app to decide if I want to continue my existing gym membership or purchase a fitness membership through the app under BCBS. I am not able to justify purchasing any of the fitness memberships because the prices of each package cover the map with the marked gyms in my area. I cannot see any of the 19 locations said to be nearby as I can only view 1 location under the pricing. What a useless app and a disappointment to me, a person trying to make my health a priority by getting more exercise. Seems like a non-benefit from the insurance if the app to inform me about it is useless.

Works Fine for me
I was hesitant to even download given all the terrible reviews stating that the app does not work. I gave it a try and I was able to login no problem and it seems to be working just fine for me. Nothing terribly impressive but definitely does function. Guessing they made updates and improvements in the last year.

App and Company Horrible
I have contacted them many times and just now spoke with another so called manager at their company. They have given false information more than once even fake information on how to contact their corporate office. Over 100 in charges for access to gyms but I was never able to go to these said gyms in the approved list. Every time I have reached out if past 6 wee it’s hours of calls and many disrespectful people! I would not suggest any business to work with them will also be filing complaints with my insurance company to let them know, with the BBB, with the Attorney Generals office and anyone else that will accept complaints! Now it’s not about the 65 still owed to me, but also the service, the lies and my time that was wasted!

Bad MFA implementation
It's nice that Tivoli thought that MFA is important. But the way they implemented it is awful. I can't get past it. They require sending a one-time passcode to my email. For some reason on their end, I never receive the email, and therefore can never login. They could get around this by offering to send a text message, but they didn't. So I will cancel my WellOnTarget membership because I can't login to this poorly designed app.

What even is the point? Can't even login.
I am paying for the plan, but I haven't even been able to login through the app once. The login page doesn't even fully load, and I have to use the website to get access. Appears every review is virtually the same and they have been for a very long time, so I think it's safe to say this app is absolutely useless and won't be improving.

Never works
All the reviews are accurate. It’s the worst. You can’t even login. Every day I try to login and it takes me to a blank page that shows nothing. Tried deleting and redownloading but that doesn’t work. They commented on prior reviews saying their update addresses it but they’re clearly lying because it’s still an ongoing issue. It’s incredibly confusing how something as simple as a login page is beyond their own repair.

It's what everyone has been saying for the past three years
I give two points for at least being easy to navigate. But I have to revalidate my login everytime. I can't book studio classes either. there's no support page or contact info. and you can only use the website to access your account details (ie to check into gyms or book classes there's no option to go website only). At this point I say use it for the price not for the reliability. I feel lucky it even lets me login at all (not a compliment btw).

App Is Unusable - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
This app is obviously broken, and based on the rating and all of the negative comments, it appears to have been broken for quite some time.
I am paying a lot of money for this fitness program for my family. I expect the program and its support tools, including the app, to function as advertised. Now my family is unable to find gyms or schedule classes, etc. which was one of the main selling points for us choosing this program.
I am very disappointed and angry that BCBS and this Program do not fix their unusable app when they have clearly received feedback from their customers stating that it is broken and unusable.
If this is any indication of the level of quality and customer focus I will receive as a part of this program I expect to be cancelling very soon! I will take my money somewhere else where they care about their customers, the quality of their products and services, and correct issues when they do occur to keep the customer experience positive.

Worst App I’ve Ever Used
This is, without a doubt, the least intuitive and most frustrating app I’ve ever had been forced to use. I can’t understand how someone could create this app and the. sit back and do nothing while all of these horrible reviews come in. Please, make it easier to log in, make shortcuts for items people are looking for most often. There are bugs with the links, bugs showing weird sized text, bugs that won’t allow me to log in sometimes. It’s a whole mess. Please fix it. Please also include the name of the fitness program on the digital gym card so the gyms know what we’re talking about and I don’t have to chase around client support to help me explain to these gyms what I’m talking about. Please.

Can’t even login
After the prompt to enter login credentials it takes you to a screen that says it needs to authenticate it’s me. The ONLY option presented is “text me” and proceeds to try to text me at my email address. I have tried to have it somehow text my email address multiple times and have not successfully gotten an email. The UX/UI designer and dev should be embarrassed by this epic fail. This app is completely unusable.
