One of the world worst products this company make, we bought a Product through Goodferrys we have only used once, and this product stopped charging, when we contact the manufacturer customer care and complain that it is a manufacturing fault, but we have faced one of the uncooperative rude and useless customer care service department. Love my Tineco
I was visiting a friend when she told me about her wet vacuum/mop. I knew it had to be a good one since she has a daycare business in her home. She had the S3 series. I went home and immediately purchased the newer S5 series and love it. I love it so much when I was visiting my daughter I told her about it and she got a S5 extreme. But that’s not all, while we were in the store looking at the differences between the S3 and the S5 there was another customer watching us and began asking me questions about it. I answered all her questions and she too bought the Tineco S5 extreme! Way to go me! And way to go Tineco!Show lessMy thought only
Smart Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner IPX4
Bought this Tineco cordless floor cleaner IPX4 and it started showing the fault “check dirty water tank” and the unit would not function anymore. After going through all the troubleshooting and checking for solutions online and with customer support, I have not been able to repair this unit. It seems that since Godfrey’s here in Australia has gone into receivership and closed down I can no longer repair this unit so I have essentially burned $1200. Tineco has not been helpful either so I will never purchase or recommend this brand again.Show lessMadest Greek

Pleasant surprise
I researched floor mops for a few months before I decided to get a Tineco S5, and I truly couldn’t be happier. With low ratings all around wet mops, I was scared I was going to waste money. I have a 2 year old, 3 cats and 2 dogs and this mop GETS. IT. DONE.
I was scared about the 35 min run time with 2500 square feet, but it’s nothing to fear! I use auto mode and it has saved me HOURS of floor cleaning. I have no streaks on my hardwood floors and minimum on my “fake wood” which is a very high traffic animal area.
I have only had the mop for about 4 months and the cleaning of the dirty water tank does not bother at me at all. If you are expecting no work, you should use the money on a home cleaner more frequently. The cleaning takes about 4-6 minutes of the time.
If this mop lasts me, I would truly give it more than 5 stars for how much it has helped my back and helped my home stay clean!!!Show lessBacksaver2000
Terrible App & Vacuum Mop
Tineco vacuum mop is a waste of money. Not even 2 yrs old, still under warranty and the vacuum mop no longer charges. Unable to get a hold of customer service. Save your time and money and buy something else!!!Pixie987
