It was working fine for a while but stopped logging usage. Now I’m getting notifications in Chinese (no idea what they say) even though the app is set to English. Utterly pointless.Kelvin_FL
Poor written support and device won’t connect
I purchased the new moda blow dryer. The app struggles to connect to my device. It forces me to do a manual connect (which there are no written instructions for that I can find). After it takes 5 minutes to get the device connected, after I power the blow dryer off, it won’t connect again to the app and I have to start the whole process over again if I want to access the different app modes for the blow dryer. I absolutely love my Tineco S12 Vacuum absolutely beautiful had it for three years still works it’s magic the suction is still great , as long as you clean it regularly and with great maintenance it will definitely deliver !YATA02!

What what?
First, this tool is great and does a good job cleaning. However….part of the system is this app, and the warnings and prompts. The app doesn’t work on the 5.1 high home Wi-Fi networks. You have to downgrade the speed of your network to use the app. And the required Wi-Fi to work, although no good explanation for why when I spoke with support. The tool is Bluetooth enabled and should communicate directly. There is a voice assistant that is unintelligible. So you really need the app and you can’t use it. I only downloaded the app because Tineco support suggested it to solve my problem. I have the S15 Pet vacuum and love it. But I have trouble with some flat woven rugs because they get sucked up since this vacuum only has Auto or Max settings. I was hoping the app would give me the control to run the vacuum on Low but it doesn’t. It seems like it could be possible to program that so I’m hoping that ability will be added to an update.Show lessk.berg
