No matter how many times I try. My S5 extreme will not connect to the Tineco hotspot. Emailed Tineco and they can’t fix it either. They’ve offered me a free brush roller for my troublesMjrcarr
Excellent appliance

Total waste of money
When it works it’s great but I had to send mine in twice for motor failure and supposedly they repaired it. Well it turns out they didn’t because here I am a few months out of warranty having the exact same motor failure which is apparently very common. So common in fact they don’t even have the parts to “repair” mine at a cost to me(because it’s out of warranty). Do not recommend dealing with this company, absolutely ridiculous also considering it cost me money each time to send them back their faulty product.Show lessBadtamajama
Constantly break.
We have had to get three different replacements because the vacuum motors keep breaking. These products are so expensive and should last more than a year!Deryk86
App Not Working Properly
The app does not fully work with the PureOne Station FurFree. It does not track any of the cleaning. My friend has a Tineco and she can track the amount of dust yet I paid over $1000 and the app doesn’t even fully work for this model… Hopefully there is a new update to include this model.CBaker93
Less than a year old, and it stopped working
I have contacted numerous Times about my appliance by phone and email and you guys aren’t helping me I can’t find my receipt and it was less than a year old when it stopped working and now I’ve wasted 500 $600 on the appliance that I can’t even use and I barely used it to begin with I am very unhappy and I would like this dealt with until then I do not recommend this product.
