Never works
This app never works. I’ve tried to login several times I’ve changed my password and reloaded the app several times and I can never get in. I am seriously looking for another energy company as soon as I can.Gdghcvfcb
Terrible app. Does not let me sign in.
App does not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still does not all me to sign in. Website works but the agents and website recommends you use their app which doesn't work. When I was able to access the app (first week) Everything was behind 2 days and won’t update with accurate information until 2 days later. Will be switching my energy provider once my term is expired with Gexa Energy.Show lessMarshSmitty
If the app worked

enter email to activate Face ID
Why do I have to retype my email every single time I want to use face ID to login? It should automatically do face ID when I open the app instead of me having to retype my email every single time I open the app.going2thesky

Unreliable app
I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app twice because it would not sign me in. I’ve only had Gexa for a short time. It’s highly annoying and clearly has issues. Fix it Gexa!idk2477

Well, recently I uninstalled the Gexa app and then reinstalled the app, and I was beside myself when that actually worked 😲😲.txidcoidwatx
Can’t Even Login
I can never login to access my bill and account.
After resetting my password and enabling/disabling facial recognition, it just never lets me login.
I know my credentials are right because I can login via the website, so I don’t know what the app is doing. It’s poorly made and managed. It has never been a smooth experience with this app and company, so definitely going to look for another provider with a working app.Show less666fml666
App and due dates inconsistency
The app has issues on iphone. However; it seems that if you delete app and install again it fixes the issue as I have done that every time it doesn’t let me log in. As per the due dates; I have yet to understand why it keeps changing. I removed auto pay since I have had two instances in the past where my bill generated twice and was being billed twice on the same month.Show lessForxeus
