Can’t even log in
Won’t let me get past the enter password page. I enter in my (correct) password and it just does the loading spinning wheel but does nothing. Have deleted and downloaded with no luck.louisfeldhaus

Worst app ever…..
I have never reviewed an app. I review restaurants, and other service places, but never an app. This app is that bad. The problem is they know it’s bad as well but have done nothing to fix it. If they are too incompetent to hire a company with the intellectual capacity to create a simple app; how on earth can they manage an energy company? I am switching immediately!Show lessMlove5002
The App Never Works
I haven’t been able to sign into the app for over a week.
Most of the time, I log in and the screen is blank. I have to log off and back on to get my data to come up.

Bad app
On my pc this app shows to be a fraud. On my phone it won’t let me access my account. It goes to third party app about mortgage financing. It’s awful. Paying on the phone is better but not much better.gexa tech is awful
Terrible Company
Due dates keep changing, notifications don’t go through. Only reason why we can’t leave it is the contract they trap you in. They have extreme and unfair fees incurred because of their issues of miscommunication and lack of consistency. I can’t believe they’re still in business, can they be reported?Show lesssora2key

Ever since the new update that was done, I cannot get the app to load for logging in, and when I get on the site it doesn’t let me load anything. Please fix this problem.wegggfffss

Gexa energy website and app is HORRIBLE!!! I have not been able to access anything on this site. I’ve called and let them tell them they have had no complaints. I have exhausted every resource to access this site to pay my bill. Gexa Goodbye!!!Wealthylady1953
