Frictionless and easy!
Forget long waiting lines at car rental counters and bad customer service. Kyte lets you do all your interactions via the app, booking & extending my trip was so easy! And the customer support via chat is just awesome. Had my last Kyte at LAX where they got me a nice Uber ride to their Valet Stand and I drove off with my car within less than 5 minutes! Great alternative to going to a rental agency.
I’ve used Kyte a few times now in a couple of different cities. It’s really convenient in cities where there are limited rental car agencies and you’d have to Uber to one to rent a car. You can’t beat having the car delivered to you. Kyte is slightly less convenient at airports compared to the rental car counter. Game changer in NYC
We love this app. Prior to Kyte we would Uber out to LGA to rent from Budget because other pickup services were so much more expensive and the traditional car rental locations on Manhattan are double the airport prices. Kyte prices are competitive, the cars are clean and in good condition, but the real value proposition here is the the pickup and return service. We can work up until the moment we leave on a weekend trip Friday afternoon and the car is almost always a few minutes early, similarly the return service is prompt. The only challenge is getting home early and finding street parking, but recently was told can just leave keys with doorman and they will go get the vehicle. All around way better than traditional car rental experience for similar to lower total price. What a quality of life improvement!Show lessiamtheantigen

. I got charged for damage to a carr I did not rent. And a different car I did rent had damage when it was brought to me and I asked for a different car. Very poorly kept cars. Over $900 has been charged to me and I called about it. Was told by Maj that an email thread would be set up to report my dispute. Meanwhile other charges were billed on cars I didn’t even rent! I asked to be connected to corporation but Maj said the process was to create an email thread with my concerns. Then another charge was billed to me. This is piratizing a credit card. So easy, helpful, adaptable, fun and cheap too!
The best! Easy, fun, helpful, adaptable snd cool! We were delivered a sporty Kia in SF and changed our route. We decided to end in LA with no problem on the app. We adjusted the dates as times and location of our pick up multiple times. The app just recalculated for price the increase or savings with ease. Great gas milage made it affordable and total for our 10 days rental was much less than comparable rates.

I am a satisfied customer and plan to use Kyte anywhere it’s available. It saved an extra night of hotel parking fees by delivering the next day after my arrival and it was cheaper than a conventional rental even with rideshare costs from and to the airport from our hotel. Game changer !
After trying Kyte for a few weeks, I can confidently say that it’s changing the game. Instead of getting an uber to an Avis/Enterprise etc and waiting in line, someone comes to my door with a clean and filled up car. Handoff takes a minute, then I have the keys and I’m ready to go. Camera interoperability is terrible, don’t bother…
The app would not sync with my iPhone 13 camera after 5 attempts. This is required to take a picture of your license for verification. I called the support line and the representative told me to “borrow someone’s phone and try again.” Seriously? The company’s troubleshooting for the poor design of their app is to borrow another phone? This startup clearly needs to mature their software, customer service, and business processes. I immediately deleted the app and requested a full refund. I will use another car rental service and suggest other business travelers do the same.Show lessDisappointed Business Traveler
