Please make an apple watch app. I sometimes leave my phone inside and get locked out. But the one thing I never put down during the day is my apple watch on my wrist.pmrussell892

Terrible app and access (more like lack of). Crashes constantly. Always looking for the portal. Constant log in requests only to not recognize your email and require you to message your system admin. It will take an exterminator to rid this awful system of the bugs.click click what the ....

This app randomly stopped working. I deleted and than re downloaded it. It deleted all my credentials and then kept telling me it didn’t recognize my email, even though I can clearly see they emailed me 6 months ago. Tried using the email they sent me back then to reactivate and the app said it expired. 100% stuck now.Show lessKat91-09

If the Request Replacement Credentials doesn't work for you (must be the same email address where you received your original invite), the organization that administers PDK for you may have elected not to use the feature for security concerns. Please contact the property manager or security team and request new credentials. Sorry for this hurdle.No Apple watch app??
Could we please add Apple watch functionality so that we don’t need to go digging for our phone if our hands are full? We pay our gas pumps off our apple watches these days, and I’m surprised this doesn’t offer the same functionality yet.Jbird bookworm

When trying to open the app, I get the load animation and then it crashes. Phone is a 13 Pro Max on iOS 17.2.1. Only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is it did work in the past. Not sure when it stopped working.Intergalactic Inquisitor

This app works less than 10% of the time, and I still need to carry metal keys whenever I try to enter my building. There are three touchless pads in my building in the app doesn’t work on any of them. Even on the rare occasion when the app actually works, it typically takes seven or eight seconds to unlock the door, something you can do in two seconds with a key.Show lessFN (mis)app

I absolutely hate that now I have to bring my phone to the gym just to get through the door. I run outside when it’s warm and would usually go to the gym after, and I don’t normally bring my phone to these runs, but now I have to and my pockets in my leggings aren’t the most reliable. Does the job but can be improved
While it does the basic job, it can definitely be improved.
1) Apple Watch support for iOS.
2) Widget to put on iPhone instead of having to scroll to the app & open it.Chillyd112
