Constantly locked out, but watery of buying this for your apartment complex
I have been locked out of my apartment numerous times and it occurs at least no weekly. I will not rent from the next place if they use this platform.
Constan unexpected errors during initialization process
This works only one day and every day after my phone doesn’t open the door. I have to open the phone… find the stupid app and kill it and re open it because it has “unexpected error”. keys are easier!!! This is such a daily hassle … it’s great for one day only and then almost every second day it breaks!

This is certainly not the normal experience for our customers. The app works based on permissions your building management controls. You can help us learn more about what the issue may be by going to the Account menu and use the Contact Us option. Describe your issue and make sure the Include app state option is checked.
App freezes often
This app freezes about half the time I try to use it. I’ve tried to reload and it happens more often than previous versions.
It works beautifully
Its a great app, it gets me right into my apartment building and it has great user design and its fast just hold the button
Zero Support
This company is the absolute worst. I spent two hours alone with PDK tech support and one with my HOA trying to solve an obvious bug where the client admin is overwritten/overridden by the server.
They said they would sort it out and get back to me. That was four months ago and nothing. Glad I gave up and got a proximity token.

Terrible update
Most recent update is awful. Messed up credentials and won’t let me open things anymore
Inconvenient by design
No landscape mode for this app means it's impossible to see full door information and not being able to search in the app is super frustrating when you have to scroll past 100+ doors to find the one you need.

Update Corrupted Credentials
Recent upgrade on the PDK Touch app appears to have corrupted mobile app credentials. All of our users now getting messages about not having access / credentials at our location, and can not control the doors.
Waiting for Apple to post the next update that PDK says has been released and should fix the problem.
In general, the basic functionality of being able to control doors remotely has worked for us, which is our main need from the app. Trying to get 'double tap' to work on the app is tricky on the timing. 2x swipe/tap is much easier at the ready with RFID devices.
Enhancement request: Would really expect and appreciate if the app could work in landscape mode vs only portrait. Trying to use the app on and iPad which I use 99% of the time in landscape mode, results in trying to read the app sideways. :-/ Doesn't seem like having the app rotate, should be a huge programming task.

Love the update
This update is great. No longer beeps when I open a gate and interrupts my music lol. Also the buttons are so much easier to hold down!! Thank you for this update!!
