Trashy UI design
Please change this stupid and awkward press and hold to open gates. Move to buttons that only need to be pressed. Time for the gates to take to open need to be lengthened and the product needs a have an audible tone at the locking mechanism not just in the app.big ol' 💎🙌

Thank you for your feedback. The length of time to have the lock stay opened can be configured by a PDK installer—please check with them for an adjustment. An audible sound on the physical lock may be possible, so please consult the installer. We will consider how to improve the UI for the press and open experience.Credentials stop working

Doesn’t work
Consistently and have troubleshot this with my apartment complex androids have no issues unlocking the door. However multiple iPhone users do. I’ve tried reinstalling and not having any prior Bluetooth connections, following their online troubleshooting guide hasn’t work. I have the latest iOS version 16.1.1 and it just doesn’t send the credentials. I’ve tried increasing and decreasing the distance on the reader and nothing. However my partner within 5 seconds with her android has no issues unlocking the door. Please adviseShow lessCodemonkey Dkon

my apartment building switched to this app about 8 months ago and i cannot tell you the amount of times i’ve got locked out of my apartment. i’ve tried to have it fixed multiple times but it still never works. my roommates have had to leave our apartment to open gates for me just so i can get in. it’s ridiculous.Show lessluxkylybrianna279

Constantly locked out, but watery of buying this for your apartment complex
I have been locked out of my apartment numerous times and it occurs at least no weekly. I will not rent from the next place if they use this platform.AngryBearz
Constan unexpected errors during initialization process
This works only one day and every day after my phone doesn’t open the door. I have to open the phone… find the stupid app and kill it and re open it because it has “unexpected error”. keys are easier!!! This is such a daily hassle … it’s great for one day only and then almost every second day it breaks!Show lesscornwellsb

This is certainly not the normal experience for our customers. The app works based on permissions your building management controls. You can help us learn more about what the issue may be by going to the Account menu and use the Contact Us option. Describe your issue and make sure the Include app state option is checked.App freezes often
