Need to fix this
I’ve been on with tech support. And they acknowledge the bug in their app. They blame IOS. Sending invites for mobile credentials works “sometimes” often when you try to accept the credentials it says to install the app. Even when the app IS already installed!! This is a big problem. Clients not happy. This should have never been released in its current form!Show lessJimPapp
Needs improvement
App works great wirelessly. It’s really nice just touching the access reader with my hand to gain entry. My issues come when you use the app itself. The app lacks support for Face ID and prompts you enter you phone passcode when you open the app. Also, when you are scrolling through the list of access readers the app lags and does not show you all the readers properly.Show lessqazawsxsedcd

This is Awesome
Being able to access doors with out pulling my phone from my pocket is awesome. I also like being able to access a secure environment or grant access from the app which is top notch.

Does not work
I have tried to get this app to accept my access and it constantly fails due to a 400 error. How can it be a bad request when the accept is sent through the email invite link? Poorly written app.shongywong
How does an app that is not operational have 5 stars
Pdk has not enabled this feature on any clouds so how does it have any rating?Metwelvevolts
