Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
Downloaded this app to get access to our neighborhood parks. Downloaded and tried activating 10 times and it failed every time. Crazy this app is even allowed in App Store.Mr2264785
No Face ID and very buggy
Requires that I enter my phone password twice every time. Sometimes gives another unexplained error that requires a force quit. No support for Face ID. Really seems like the company has devoted zero development resources to maintaining and developing their app.la234567

Update: After IOS 14 upgrade, sometimes you have enter passcode twice, sometimes you don’t. However, when it only makes you enter it once, the app won’t open a door unless your phone is unlocked and the app is in the foreground. I wish there were zero stars.
For some reason I have to key in my passcode twice to load this app. Once is annoying enough when I could be using Face ID, but twice is ridiculous.Show lessjimplaysgolf
Things To Make This App Better
This app occasionally works and that's about the best thing I can say about it. Other than that the app has a bunch of quirks that will leave you wanting to just enter the code manually. Here are some recommendations to take this app from 1 star to 5 stars:
- implement face ID
- only require authentication once when opening the app
- don't play that pdkpeople jingle when the gate opens. I'd rather continue listening to my music
- don't make me hold down the button to open the gate. A simple press of the button should suffice and often times the timer restarts.
- occasionally the app crashes or just doesn't work. Resolve these bugs.
- don't send a push notification when I force quit the app. I closed it for a reason.
- don't request location access every time I open the app. It doesn't need it.Show lessShakey JMon
Behind in technology and not practical enough
This app gets a 1 star for the following 3 reasons.
1. This app asks you for your password twice before being able to open any door. You can hit delete twice if you don’t want to enter the password. I wouldn’t suggest putting out an app with such a huge flaw.
2. Doesn’t work with latest iPhones
3. Not compatible with Siri/shortcuts

Needs option to disable audio alert
This app needs a way to disable the audio. Anytime I’m listening to music and use the app it switches the audio to the opening beep of the door. After this I have to go manually start my music again. This is particularly frustrating in the car and for that reason I usually just type the code instead of using this app.Show lessElectricRaptor
Lacks functionality
It’s a good concept but it lacks functionality or has not been thought through all the way. It’s annoying and not convenient to type in passcode twice before you can even get into the app. It takes much longer then if I had a key to open the door. Also there is not app for Apple Watch which is bad news especially if you like to go for a run without the phone. Needs to enable face id
Nice to have an app that can open the gate but it’s a hassle to have to come to a stop, wait for app to open, type in the password, and finally hold down the access id and open the gate. Something that would help shorten the time is enabling face id versus typing in the password each time to open the app.Show lessdproc20
