Wow!
Can’t believe how good this thing works. Our first floor is mainly hardwood distressed floors with a ton of inconsistencies and heavy wood grain and such. I was worried about the mop pad snagging on the wood and how well it was going to clean. The S7 does a phenomenal job. It’s built like a tank and the App was done right too. Just wish we could have routines or favorites as I don’t clean on a schedule, more on an as needed basis. Much improved app from when it first started but I still find it a little clunky in some respects. I wish I could manually place my charge station on the app and also put in doorways so the hoover knows it might change in this area. As I have a older generation where the mop is permanently down I wish it would wait on the hard floor after mopping rather than drag a dirty mop over the clean carpet. Other than these few things the app is generally much improved and the multi floor is great now properly integrated.Show lessWho is Longy

Love the app and its use. Something I'm dying for is to integrate it with IPhone shortcuts / automations. I know there are schedules but i want to add it to my other automations to stream line the process rather than it being based on time always.TsetsoBG
Need a feature to add rooms on the go
Lacks 3 critical features 1. When cleaning room by room, being able to “queue” new rooms on the go is a must. 2. Room limit in the map settings (I believe 10) is a joke. My house have more rooms/areas and I can assign them all. 2.1 Separating rooms was very difficult, and tricky. I needed to split certain rooms temporarily to be able to sculpt them to perfection (otherwise it wasn’t working). But I didn’t reflect this into my score since I was able to accomplish it somehow. 3. Liquid level isn’t displayed in the app. Even if it can’t show the liquid level, it should at least show a sign when it’s empty.
Response to response: I have the latest model (S7+) and I can’t add rooms while it’s working. Also, it tells me 10 rooms is the max. Nothing in this response is the reality for me. I have the latest app version FYI.Show lessbestsoloniuseva

Thanks for posting. We're always looking for ways to improve the user experience and we appreciate your feedback. 1. Some of our models support the room sequencing feature while others don't. 2. Room limit so far is 15. There may be some minor rooms counted as a room. 3. So far there's no water level sensor on the water tank that can identify how much water is left. But for model S7, it will alert when water tank is empty based on caculation. For other models, the feature is not available. The request has been received and will be forwarded to the relevant team. There are a few things that still need sorting: Mapping rooms: I have a kitchen at the back of my house, at some stage in past it mapped out the room, but since the door was open it’s also shows my whole back yard on the map, also the device got lost at some stage and has drawn a phantom room, would be great if these issues could be resolved without a full map redraw. Levels: changing between levels is a little strange, using the word “Restore” does not sound right I was initially thinking it meant that it was going to clear the room? Maybe better wording would be “Switch or Change Room” The UI: it’s got better on the latest version but it would be a good idea to do a little user experience testing as it still feels a little quirky.

Firmware update made a 5 to a 0 in one month
Got my robot in 2019 worked like a dream for years. Loved it cleaned each room as instructed, never disconnected from the wifi went home when it was low on battery, pinged me when maintenance was needed and the voice, it was perfect and the voice was pretty much fluent and soothing. Update comes in late 2021, robot is ramming into everything, getting stuck on nothing, getting lost despite no obstacles, quitting for no reason in one room trying to climb up my chair. removing all the voices, there used to be 8 english, 6 chinese voices, 3 japanese, 4 Spanish, and so much more. Now there’s only one botched english voice that’s gargled and cant even say “cleaning” correctly other voices include only one Spanish option and 9 stupid Chinese versions. My last complaint is why I need a password and account for a vacuum. I only expect it to clean the floor semi decently, and only just recently got over the fact of the stupidity of needing wifi, I wish I could downgrade firmware. Way to ruin something nearly perfect I would give negative stars if i couldShow lessgobigirl

This app brings my S7 to LIFE. There are so many useful features!!!! Setting pin and go for spot cleaning, the times when you want to clean, autonomous remote control, the amount of suction and mopping you desire, setting no go zones. Right out of the box the app used the robot to identify the structure of my apartment. Every cleaning session is tracked in the app so you can see where your robot has cleaned. Roborock: the iPhone of Robots
Excellent product and APP. Roborock works better than most of the mopping robot on mopping function. It’s famous LiDar navigation in vacuum, strong suction power and long battery runtime simply outstanding. I must say s7 is the best robot cleaner in my mind, comparing to other brands and models. Roborock APP is rich in multiple features and I love every one of them. I can even set cleaning sequence of different rooms. Wonderful, joyful and perfectly helpful. Everything works (almost) perfect for me.
This robot vacuum is well worth the money spent. It works almost flawlessly. I am able to do everything it was designed to do. I’ve had it for well over a year now and only have had a couple small issues. After one of the firmware updates it would get lost every once in a while. That went away after the next update. The only real issue I ever have is, it saying the main brush is jammed and needs cleaned (when it really doesn’t need cleaned yet) All you do is hit the “clean” button on the app and it will continue. I love my “Sally”. Please bring back her old voice.!!!!!! The new voice is very strange.Show lessPghdudetim
