Glitchy
Can’t submit a bug report so I’m writing here. Trying to pay rent on iPhone 8 is difficult. The keyboard covers up the “send payment” button and wont go away. I recorded the screen. Other than that, the app is really nice. But it’s primary function - handling rent payments, gets a solid D- from this person. Sorry!

There is no Privacy.
Your landlord manages your account. Zero privacy everything is managed and shared by and to landlord. Landlord keeps sharing my picture with these guys (on my profile), knowing this is managed by third party who doesn’t have my consent.
Cannot pay online
I am a tenant and the app is horrible! I have not been able to pay my rent online or through the app or see my payment history for a few months now! My property manager has checked their part and have put in tickets for the problem because I am not the only one. This app is not doing me any good if I have to drive to the other side of town to pay my rent because the app is not working!

No option to pay.
Look at the directions for making a payment. Chose both options. No option to pay. Could be a glitch.
App is fantastic
It is User Friendly for sure, easy to navigate and getting my stuff paid takes seconds (even less if you just set up their auto pay method)
All of a sudden, my payment is rejected
I set up to automatic draft to pay rent to rent each month. The autopay worked great for a couple years. My rent increased and I had to correct it. Now it’s rejected it every month. I deleted the old, created another and still rejected it. There is nothing on my landlord side or my bank account. I refuse to pay an expensive interest rate to use my credit card. You need help to fix this. I travel a lot for work and now I have to worry I have to pay even more if I’m away on business travel. This is an inconvenience. The make it even worse, there is no way to contact them for help.

HOA
It is very convenient to have the ability to pay your HOA fees online. The app is very easy to navigate and view your account.
Honest post
I hate this app. Why? Cause they take my month every month. BUT I must say it’s not to shabby. It sometimes lags but what app doesn’t. Nothing to complain about. They AIGHT!! *Eye roll with a smirk*
Login sucks
Asks for face id, which works, then will still ask you to log in with email and password. Won’t let you stay logged in so you have to do this every time you open the app.
