Where do I start you guys have been with me three my rough times I can say I love you guys for helping me threw the months I’m struggling and trying my hardest to not get behind you are the best company to rent from thank you from the bottom of my heart and Leo heart you guys are the best people

Easiest way to pay rent

Since I have moved to my current home almost one year ago, it has become so simple to pay my rent. I just look at my calendar, then tap into the Buildium site and pay.

Technical issues

It works and easy to navigate but it has technical work it can add. Like adding more than one bank account instead of just one card and one bank account or the biggest is splitting payments. Maybe it is just my property management but what’s the point of giving the options to split payments if it’s not allowed?

Crashes, freezes, can’t upload photos, saves my data after uninstall?!

This app is frustratingly buggy on iOS. It constantly crashes and sometimes freezes everything on my phone. I update my phone software as soon as possible after an update is released, not sure if the developers for this app can’t keep up with iOS release cadence but I wish I could deal with the UI on mobile web browser instead. But that’s horrible too.

I have no idea how many times I’ve deleted/reinstalled this app — concerning that even though deleted apps supposedly delete all data, I’ve never had to reenter anything. It just reconnects to my account???

Constantly crashes, doesn’t support video

The app would be great if it worked consistently, but it doesn’t. It crashes All. The. Time. Lost count of how many times I’ve deleted/reinstalled to try and stabilize it. My phone software is updated with every release, maybe the developers of this app have trouble keeping app updates in sync. Two stars for the times it functions properly for more than a few days.

The other main fail is that the app doesn’t allow for video uploads. For maintenance issues video is often far more useful - we’ve had water leaks, dying appliances, electrical issues and all would have been easier to manage if video could be shared through the “portal”. Since it is not we have to open a maintenance ticket in the portal + send emails or texts to the property management company with the video attachment. Makes tracking the issue harder to document.

Paying monthly lease

This is so easy … no running for stamps or to the post office. Just push a few buttons on your phone or computer. Three seconds and done .
Also being able to explain problems you may be having in your residence to repair, before possibly getting worse.

Great so far

App works great for requests and paying rent. A section that would let you ask general questions or leave notes for property managers would be great.

Tent payments

It would be nice if people were able to pay their rent a few days before the first of the month. Also would be nice if you could pay 1/2 payment in the middle of month and 1/2 at end of month like a split payment. Boardwalk app has this ability.

Former Resident

This company does not fix anything at the property. You can never talk to management only text and sometimes you get a response and sometimes you get nothing. He been saying he is sending my deposit back for weeks and I have not received it yet. Then he is sending it through cashapp. What business management gives you money through cashapp and say that’s going to be the receipt. I wish I knew all this before we rented from this company?
