Horrible App
Cannot add payments, can’t pay rent through the app. Horrible experience. Very frustrating.

I am completely moved in and looking forward to living here for a long time as I am very happy with the apartment, location, mailbox, dumpster, parking and neighbors.

It’s good but could be better
Any chance to add Apple Pay as a feature to pay rent? I’ve had recurring payments using Apple Pay with other apps. The app overall works great, and it’s very easy to navigate.
No support whatsoever
If you have a problem like I’m having, where your ability to pay through the app is suddenly gone, good luck trying to get help for it. Their “support center” if you can even call if that is just a Q&A for general issues. There’s no actual way to contact a real person for this problem. Not even so much as an email address that you can write to or a form to fill out.
Great when things go right, horrible when things go wrong. If things are only good when they’re good, then it’s not a good app.

No “request” option shown
I’ve read on and searched thoroughly for the maintenance request option, and it’s not found on the navigation bar or the + button. Only options to make a payment or set up auto pay show up, but my current balance is $0. How else do I find maintenance requests?
One stop App
Very useful and organized. As a tenant it makes paying for rent, requesting repairs and maintenance really simple. No complaints. 5 stars!!

I came here before pendermic and Over a year ,I loved it so much and very happy .it’s private room liked vip , my customers feeled comfortable when they got here. They said: modern salon ,easy parking lot then they gonna bring more and more clients for me . Eric was amazing guy he helped me a lot and everything. Thanks Eric

18 days lock to my front door still not fixed
Maintenance man stop by the beginning of last week said he was going to order the parts and come back the next day to fix it! Still hasn’t come and the black tape that’s holding down the second lock so I don’t get locked out is peeling off! Please address With a sense of urgency! Also I need a key to the laundry room thank you
