  • Life changing, coming from a beginner and non believer!

    I go through some deep depression and anxiety winter time of year and doing what I normally do(yoga, affirmations, exercise) didn’t seem to help as much. I figured I would give meditation a try. I had tried it in the past and I didn’t think it worked for me and I didn’t understand it. I decided I would give it another try. With the first session I was relaxed. I think on my fourth session(did one daily) I was so deep in the mediation I felt like I had left my body my mind was in such a trace. It sounds tacky but it was such a crazy feeling. I love her voice it’s so relaxing that during the day I replay the session in my head and it really helps me. It took maybe a week or two for me to be able to clear my mind fully during which is still an obstacle for me sometimes. I will continue to meditate do the exercises they give. I even had my fiancé try a session and he was even more of a non believer than me, he said it really relaxed him. I think you should give it a try, some sessions are only 8 mins, I hope it helps you!

    **UPDATE. I hate the new voice being back the old version, her voice was so much more relaxing!

  • It’s worth it

    I’ve been doing meditation for two weeks by now with this app and I can say with certainty that it worth the try if you stick around for as long as you can cause not only it teaches you the basics but also helps you find your journey in spiritual world

  • Never had anxiety like this

    I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago. I stayed strong went through the surgeries and have since moved on to radiation. I have lost relatives due to Covid and I am a complete claustrophobic. Almost everyone I know has told me to try meditation to help me get through the treatments without extreme anxiety. I tried it for the first time today, and know I have a long way to go. However just in my first session I can tell you I will be back. Dealing with anxiety is one of the worst things I’ve experienced since all this. Learning to breathe, learning to stay calm is something I am so willing to learn. Having only done this one time, I am impressed. Here’s to a future with no anxiety.

    This app is really great. The voice is very relaxing and has a great program to follow. Would definitely recommend.
  • Enjoying it!

    I’ve never tried any other meditation app, so I don’t have anything for comparison. However, I feel that since I have been motivated to press play each day since I have began my meditation journey, that speaks to the quality of the app. It has kept my interest and I look forward to my practice each day. I’ve also shared the app with friends who’ve expressed interest in beginning meditation. I like that this app is separated into sections, then by the weeks and days. The one thing that would be helpful (as I get along further) is if the app would keep track of the days completed so it would be easier to remember where I left off.

  • Just what I didn’t think I needed

    Meditation in itself is very beneficial to my mental health, but it is intimidating to try something new and not know where or how to start. When I downloaded this app I automatically thought it was going to be pointless without a subscription like the calm app, but I was wrong this app is amazing, each day teaching you new techniques to cope with stressful times with your breath and making your body and mind relax. I never thought I would turn my mind off, but with help of this app, it’s easier than I thought. I’ve already recommended it to people in my life. The days are quick, calming reminders to let your mind be free, I use to daily religiously, I hope they never run out of new meditations!

  • Day 1 relaxation

    This was wonderful. I just downloaded this app because I am going through some things and I know I need to start treating myself better. While completing this exercise it was so powerful because it opened my mind to something I didn’t realize and at the end it brought tears of realization to my eyes. I’ve never had such a powerful experience just trying to do something as natural as relaxing. I plan to do this everyday. At the beginning and end of the day

  • Get this.

    I’ve never been able to consistently practice meditation until I found this amazing app! Not only is it free which is a huge plus, but it’s also so calming, comforting, and motivating. I’m on day 8 and I think the routine I built around this practice is partially really just works for me and therefore is what made it so consistent. I do this meditation right after I wake up every morning. Instead of sitting straight up I lay on the ground with a posture shaping foam thing under my neck. This seems to be easier for my body right after I just woke up and is psychologically easier too. Anyways. This is a great app! Highly recommended.

    Started at the beginning of year and I really feel it is helping with my mental well-being.

    I complete one session a day and really look forward to it. It has some great advice and benefits are instantly calming. Plenty of content that will keep my going for weeks.

    Even better it’s all completely free, unlike other apps that highly restrict content without a subscription.
