No schedule in app

Gave it up twice
First time I used this app I was stymied by the inability to find schedules and then buy tickets. I mentioned my difficulties to a CT shoreline east window clerk in New Haven and she hadn’t even noticed the lack of schedules on the app. In fact she’d never used it.
I guess as a first move, all CT Shoreline East workers should be asked to work with this app. That way they’d be familiar enough to report the glitches with a great deal of familiarity with what it might be missing or not doing. They’d know what the issues are from an INSIDERS’s perspective. And the CT transport authority ought to listen to them - and us - and do something about it.
I agree with another critic that it’s crazy to have such a low-grade app (likely paid for with tax dollars) that a) is basically useless and b) doesn’t coordinate with either Amtrak or Metro North apps.
We really ought to be embarrassed by the below-the-basement quality here. Sometimes I think that, sadly, this is exactly the problem with Connecticut government and the CT department of transportation - we can’t even build (or supervise a hired developer to develop) an app that works, or fix it. These criticisms in your reviews lead back in years and even now the complaints are the same. WHO IS IN CHARGE? WHO ANSWERS TO OUR QUERIES AND CONCERNS? ANYONE?

Can’t Log In
I signed back into my old account, at least I got the information correctly, then I am prompted to enter a code, every time I enter the code they send me a brand new code to enter. 16 times. 16. 16 different codes.yeah. No.unbasic-pumpkinspicelatte-gurl
Useless app
Unless I’m missing something, there is no way to make a train reservation with this app. You can buy tickets and store the tickets on the app. But there’s no way to make an actual reservation on a specific train. USELESS.Glfgryhwk
Password creation not user friendly
Registering a new account is an unnecessarily difficult procedure. Just try to create a fresh password in, for instance your Notes app, and then try to copy and paste that password into this app.
If you’re able to do that, you get five stars.
This app not allow it.

Update broke app
Yesterdays update appears touave broken the app. I click the icon to start and the app immediately crashes. I am in iphone 12 pro max. This needs to be fixed asap. I use the app dailypmrussell892

Two years of reviews saying this app doesn’t work, and no one seems to care. Can’t even successfully create an account, because it requires me to confirm my email address but never sends me a confirmation email. Resent. Checked spam folder. Nothing.Veraschick
