Functional, but barely
Does it’s job, but in the least enjoyable way possible. It’s made for the iPhone 4, not the iPhone 11. Pretty pathetic for such a poor quality app to be released in 2020.Track?
Horrendous
2 years to get this thing out and this is the product you make? Looks like an app that would come on a child’s fake phone. App crashes, tickets don’t scan on Amtrak devices and have to log on constantly. State of Connecticut disappoints again...CT Fail
Just as bad as when it was in beta
I was “fortunate” enough to be part of the beta program for this app. I provided critical feedback which was clearly ignored. My account is still being logged out every 24 hours, interface doesn’t support modern devices, and conscience features like Apple Wallet are not offered. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the payment form appears to be hosted on a completely different service which was enough to make me never want to enter my credit card number.
The DOT knew this 6 months ago and all they changed was the artwork on the landing page. I’ll continue to purchase my tickets from the vending machines or via Amtrak’s less terrible iOS app.Show lessJByro1
Futile attempt
App is formatted for much older phones and does not display correctly, Horrible UI, No ability to purchase round trip tickets, No schedule view or trip planning ability and the Password requirements are lackluster so I wouldn’t trust this app with your credit card info. Come on CT Rail, did you have a middle schooler build this app!? Hopefully V 1.1 will make a huge leap because this current version is laughable for being made in 2020.Show lessBarNut
Easy but outdated
This app is brand new but seems it was designed for 2015 not 2020. The biggest drawback is not supporting Apple Pay and rather wants you to directly enter you credit card number which is very inconvenient and less secure.It’s overrated

Lacks proper support for newer phones
When an app is released in 2020 and still doesn’t appear to even support the larger screens of iPhone 6/6 plus that’s a solid no for me. If they can’t update the UI at all, what is the security of their backend?Akasoo
