Frustrating
It works, but barely. Constant errors based around some opaque message about needing to confirm the time; random logins that work on the tenth attempt; no improvement after closing and reopening multiple times; sometimes only restarting the phone works. Buggy and Useless
This app is so incredibly buggy it’s basically useless. It takes me at least 30 attempts to purchase a ticket because it keeps closing out when you enter a station. Click a station, shuts down. Open up, click a station, shut down. Open up again, click a station, shut down. Do that 30 more times and you understand why this is bugged and useless.Show lessdmlamer
No train schedule!
What on earth prevents SLE from adding a train schedule (including connections to MNR and Amtrak) like every other decent railway app? So basic, it boggles the mind.madrandolph

obviously outsourced to a third party who was selected by a boomer. atrociously dated ui which suggests the use of an obsolete framework. whoever greenlit this project should be sacked but it's state government so that will never happen.

Does what it needs to do
I give this a good rating because it fulfills its purpose - I can buy a ticket and it is accepted by the train conductor. I don’t really care about the UI but I do agree with other reviewers about the potential security risks of only being able to pay by credit card and not Apple Pay (even though it says the option is available).Show lessmizz meow
Needs a little help
It’s decent. It’s great that there are finally ETix for the Shoreline, so hooray them. But it would it be so terrible to add a schedule(s) page? Would be nice to be able to do all one’s rail business in one app, instead of having to go check the website for train times.Albert Lawson
Typical government controlled app
Really bad, won’t even let me log in even though I have a correct password and username. It just says “connection error” or the like even though I have full bars.Audry320
Shameful and useless
I struggled with this app for an hour setting up an account and trying to log in. I couldn’t access any features without logging in, and since I was never able to successfully log in - I kept getting an error message to “check your phone network” - I have no idea what those features actually were. Not only was it unusable, it felt very outdated and insecure, and now I’m worried I’m going to have reset all my passwords, since I had to try four different ones in my failed effort to set up an account. I would never enter any payment details into this app, and it’s absolutely shameful that this is the only app to check train schedules and buy e-tickets. CT DOT should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, and we should all be outraged that public money was used to pay a contractor to make this garbage app.Show lessAG11218
