  • AMAZING!🤩

    Before I had the app I was not flexible at all well maybe a little but I couldn’t do splits , it was my dream to be flexible , then I downloaded the app then I did my workouts. One day I finished them because i learned how to do the slit and I’m more flexible! I was so happy and exited. amazing 🤩
  • Generally really good

    But the animated woman’s performance sometimes seems quite unattainable, especially in the beginning stages.
    Worst off though: I cannot believe that to reset the daily plan I have to delete all data every 30 days. Surely since one can buy a subscription they don’t expect us to stop after having worked through the 90 days? So I repeat the advanced tier again and again. I wish I could have done that and kept the overview of all the workouts I’ve done since I started them.
    Other than that it genuinely is quite good, for me as an absolute novice.

  • Year long journey!

    At the beginning of lockdown I downloaded this app aspiring to do the splits in 30 days. Everyone starts from a different point and has different bodies so I realise now that was unrealistic. However, after the first thirty days and not very much progress we still decided to stick with it, we have been doing the splits app for 1 year now! We love the app and I couldn’t recommend it more, it’s easy to use and apart from some adds it’s really useful. I can now say I am almost so very very very close to the splits. I would give this app 5 stars but 30 days splits was very unrealistic so I have given it 4, however I absolutely love this app and definitely advocate stretching every day!

  • Amazing

    This app is so well structured. I have always had extremely tight hamstrings, so started at the beginner level and have completed all three. I’m now repeating the advanced level as I’m still not able to do the splits but I’m getting there!
    It’s extremely easy to follow and I’m so glad I found it! Give it a go and you will be amazed at the results!

  • BEST APP EVER!!!!!!!!

    I have improved my splits from standing split to completely sitting split. The only thing I don’t like about this app is that you have to pay for the beginner and intermediate parts but that doesn’t matter because when you’re doing the exercise on advanced, you can change the mode from standard mode to easy mode. I JUST LOVE THIS APP!!!!🥰😍😘❤️♥️💖💙💗💜💞💓💛🖤💚❣️😻🧡💘💝💟🤍🤎!!!! I won’t tell you all about this app, but you can explore!
    (I also recommend loose belly fat. Which is made by the same person who made this app. Loose belly fac is for girls and for women but you don’t need to have weight to do it.) (For men I suggest that you use get a six pack in 30 days.)

  • Significant Improvement in Flexibility

    I’ve completed 60 days of stretching. I enjoy the app and look forward to my 20-25 minutes of stretching after my workout. I’m muscular and this app has helped me with my flexibility. From standing position, I can bend forward with both legs straight and lay the palms of my hands on the floor.

    I switched from an iPhone to an android-based cellphone. Is there a way for me to transfer my 1 year subscription? I’m now using the app on my iPad but you don’t offer an iPad version for the app.

    I started with barely any flexibility and now-1 month later- I am near the ground! This app was so helpful! It’s free for 30 days and after you have to pay if you want to continue, but 30 days does a lot and paying is probably worth it!
  • How Amazing!

    I’m a dancer and i could never do the splits no matter how hard i tried. When i saw this app i said to myself that I wouldn’t get it with an app if i cant get it myself and after jus 30 days i was so flexible. I can now do a straight leg needle and i can do the best leap in my class! I highly recommend!!!!!

  • Moved my plateau

    Ive never had my splits, have been working toward them for about 3 years casually. Adding this to my current workouts a few times a weeks has really made a significant difference. Reasonable cost for what you get. - a 40+ with no dance/gymnastics background.
