  • Great workout

    I think this app is great!! I started out incredibly stiff and not flexible at all, but I think my ability to do the splits has improved dramatically. I just finished day 30 of the advanced and still can’t get closer than 5 inches from the floor on my best side, so I think it’s going to take me longer, but that’s ok. Overall, great app!!

  • AMAZING!

    I downloaded this app because I was not flexible AT ALL! I could barely touch my knees! My mom downloaded this app because she thought it looked promising. I got it too and we decided to do each of the days together because I have always wanted to be flexible. I can’t get flexible easily because I don’t drink a lot of water, so it’s hard. But the app also includes step counter, water tracker, lose weight tracker, work out tracker, and how many calories you have burned. AAAHH!!! I have lost weight, gotten flexible enough to touch my toes and now my goal is to do the splits! That’s a big accomplishment for me. I’ve been drinking more water and to be honest, I have been feeling way more healthy! I definitely recommend this app if your looking to lose weight, do the splits, get more flexible, workouts, etc. there is a few in app purchases, and my mom bought it and I am going to do it too soon in the future. So I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

  • Easy to use-walks you through it

    I love that this app is so user friendly, the adds are don’t ruin the experience and it walks you through each exercise, you don’t have to think about it, you can click in for a description of how to complete the movement, for some exercises there is an easy setting if you aren’t able to complete the standard movement. On top of that it tracks your progress through the month long program. I really love this app!

  • As a guy, I love this app

    So I recently got it in my head that it would be very impressive for a tall guy like me to be able to do the splits during concerts. Don't ask my why this came into my head, it just did.

    Anyway, I got this app probably about two months ago and holy cow it is amazing! The beginner month is completely free (with ads) and even though I've taken a few extra rest days, I'm almost able to do my left splits (just a few inches left).

    It's also just a great stretching app and although I always procrastinate doing it, I always feel better afterward.

    This app is so good it’s been 15 days and I am just about down it is easy the training is around 25-30 minutes a day it feels like less every 5 days you get a rest and can relax from it it’s amazing a relearn splits and I can do kick overs and walkovers again because of the flexibility in that down load it😀😀😀

  • Really love the app but

    I really love the app but even tho I selected the option to share my trainings with my health and activity app or my Apple Watch the trainings are not showing. I’ve tried everything I know but the only way I can record my exercise is by manually put in my watch that I’m going to do a training, if you guys could fix that it would be awesome

    This app changed my life I was always looking for a app like this and most of them I had to pay for or it didn’t work I’m very impressed with this app I love it and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know I now have my middle spirit I’m very happy you don’t have to pay you only have to if you want to go premium
