  • Very Workable Program

UPDATE: after about 10 months I’m down 30 pounds and it’s still pretty painless! I tend to eat much like the reset days on non-reset days, so it’s become fairly habitual. Couldn’t be happier.

I came to this diet with this attitude: I’m not trying for perfection, I won’t beat myself up if I have a bad day, and I won’t let a bad day become a lost week and a reason for quitting.

I’ve been doing this for about six weeks and I’ve lost 11 pounds. I toggle from 9 to 11 and back, but I’m not letting that defeat me. The diet is sound and the food choices seem great, but honestly I eat the same thing each reset day, and I don’t mind and I don’t have to think too much about it. It works for me. Happy to keep going and probably make this a life habit.

  • Great app!

This app is so easy to navigate it has some really great recipes and has really helped to change my mindset about eating. Not that I was ever a bad eater but it makes you realize how much even a little snack can add up to so many unwanted calories. I’ve been doing two reset days a week for the past month and practicing 16 hour intermittent fasting and I’m down 6 lbs in a month and this includes Valentine’s Day chocolate so that’s really good for me. I usually gain 10 lbs this time of the year. Definitely teaches you a new way of life!

  • Minus 14 at 4 months

I wouldn’t have lost the weight if I wasn’t on Reset. I actually lost 14lbs at the two month mark but I am stuck there. I’m doing Reset 3 days a week and most of the recipes are delicious and pretty easy to make.

I started working out 3 days a week about 5 weeks ago on my non-Reset days and I think part of the reason my weight lost has stalled is that I’m now starting to building muscle. And I’m pretty hungry on those workout days. I still eat pretty well but I do eat larger portions on workout days, that’s for sure.

I like it, it’s a healthy diet, it’s easy, the app is awesome and I’m confident that I’ll start losing weight again at some point. I think since it’s a fairly slow process it will probably help keep the weight off and hopefully not return. The good news I’m only 7lbs from my target. I’m 67 years old and I feel really good so that’s also a plus. My wife shops, fixes the meals and has also lost 10 lbs. That’s a benefit we didn’t count on. If you did the diet, eating the recipes you would certainly be healthier even if you didn’t lose weight but I’m sure you will. Good luck!

  • Lost a little more than a pound, and I haven’t even started yet!

I have incorporated a new habit of drinking 8 ounces of water a half hour before meals 3 days ago, and I am watching the scale creep down before my first reset day. That tells me that my mind is thinking about releasing weight by eating healthier and moving more.

I just placed my thoughtful grocery list for the next week and feel confident in the meals I have planned for my 3 Reset days this coming week. Being mentally prepared and planning my grocery shopping is great! I can feel the stress and concern of weight gain lessen its grip on me.

Can’t wait to see what the next week brings!!!

Update:From July to September I lost 11 pounds and I have a hypothyroid disorder. This works. Noom didn’t work for me.

Pair their recipes and reset day budgets with walking 10,000 steps at the speed walking clip and you will drop weight. I’ve lost 5 pounds in two and a half weeks, which is not always easy to do and maintain. My goal is just another 10 or 15 pounds. I’ve learned some really cool recipes. I found out I actually do like kale. I’m actually not as hungry as I thought I would be. Are used to be in great shape, and had no trouble keeping that way, but after Covid, everything kind of slid downhill & I couldn’t stay on top of any diet. This isn’t a diet. (The secret to kale is to really ring it and massage and massage olive oil and lemon dressing on it with your hands.)
