  • This WORKs

Pair there recipes and reset day budgets with walking 10,000 steps at the speed walking clip and you will drop weight. I’ve lost 5 pounds in two and a half weeks, which is not always easy to do and maintain. My goal is just another 10 or 15 pounds. I’ve learned some really cool recipes. I found out I actually do like kale. I’m actually not as hungry as I thought I would be. Are used to be in great shape, and had no trouble keeping that way, but after Covid, everything kind of slid downhill & I couldn’t stay on top of any diet. This isn’t a diet. (The secret to kale is to really ring it and massage and massage olive oil and lemon dressing on it with your hands.)

  • No different than others

It’s no different than other weight loss apps. Possibly the biggest difference and my 2 stars is that you don’t know what the program is all about until you pay them $72 for the first installment. Then you get to review what they promote. Worst still is there is no customer service or even email to reach out to them. It’s all through coaches. At the moment I’ve been waiting for a response from my coach to find out how to cancel and get a refund for subscription just made today. Certain I’ll have to contact my credit card and dispute. BUT BEWARE. It’s no different than other systems with little support or actual education. At least with NOOM, you learn from the get-go. Here they just give you meals and options to swap them out without any context to why OR WHAT YOU DO THE OTHER 4 days not on the 3 day diet portion. Stay away

  • Looks great!

I am discovering I can be a pickier eater than I ever realized. I have actually been in a weight loss journey for a few years now as I had to have both knees replaced. At 57, I realized this up and down with my weight hadn’t done me much good. So I am not in any blood pressure meds/cholesterol meds either. I’ve been exercising steadily since January but realized my eating habits needed to be changed. I basically know what is lower in calorie, etc., however, I wanted some new ideas that I will stick with and it will do my body some good! This looks great so far……keep you posted!

  • Hey I’ve just started this!

And they’re asking for a review ha ha. Well, let me tell you. With any of these programs, there will be questions on how to navigate through them, etc. In my case of course there were, and I was connected with a wonderful Ashley, who talks to me like we’re best friends … well, let me say she answered every question in a totally helpful and rational manner and solved all my problems. Is Ashley AI? I have no idea, but we’re best friends now in any case 😊 😎 This is a real great thing for a company to do - connect each person with an individual, I feel I’ve got somebody there who will answer my questions Means a whole lot not to have to look around and waste my time. I’m an intermittent faster already anyway and I like this 5:2 routine already. So easy! I’ll be keeping with this and will send an update in about a month or so. Good luck, all of you! 🍀 😊😜🤪😇🤣🥰 🍀

  • Very well organized app

I found Reset to be an amazing weight management app. I love the ease of use, it’s multiple really helpful features such as having a coach, an excellent variety of recipes, including vegetarian. I love that it allows you to select from various meal options and gives the total caloric value for the day and the nutritional content.
Plus there can be nothing better than having to only think of eating a certain way for only 2 days a week, and still ensure healthy weight management. Super exciting !

  • Scam

This company is dishonest. Upon making my very first meal (a day in advance for my rested day) I realized the calories stated in my recipe were drastically inaccurate. They quoted my overnight oats at 169 calories. After using measuring cups, measuring spoons, and a scale I found the recipe to be 221 calories over what they said it was supposed to be. When I contacted my coach about it, she simply said, sometimes we make mistakes. Shortly after, the recipe calories were updated from 169 to 189. Still, 201 calories short. The sole reason I purchased this app was to NOT have to count every cup and tablespoon of food I ate. That is what they were supposed to do. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM. THEY ARE UNTRUTHFUL.

  • Easy to do and manage

This program is actually easier to do than I expected. Only doing three days a week and then the rest of the week is my own and I’m not denying myself is definitely easier to do. Also, I’m not focusing on food every second of the day, which I like. it’s nice to see weight drop by doing the three day a week reset. It’s definitely something I can stay on for a long period of time. Thanks for the program.

  • Bet (not a) diet EVER

So I started this program cynically doubting that just two days a week of dieting could possibly led to weight loss. So far I’ve lost 7.8 pounds, and for once I don’t feel deprived. I have not needed to chat with a coach, since the whole plan is laid out for you very clearly. Great way to skim off weight.

  • Great plan and easy to stick to it

This plan is especially easy if you’ve ever done any tracking or logging of food in the past and/or have any experience with intermittent fasting. I’m a lifelong follower of generally healthy lifestyle habits. I’ve had a rough couple of years and these habits have gone by the wayside, so this plan makes it easy to get back on track and stay motivated.

  • So far so good

For me it's working so far. The app has a few issues here and there and some calorie counts are off. The idea of fasting 2x per week has made a difference in my blood sugar and energy levels. My body feels like it understands to use my fat stores for energy more often rather than relying on carbs all the time. I was tired on fast days the first couple of weeks but the. It felt like my metabolism turned on. I have more energy and no more highs and lows from blood sugar swings. I think staying active on fast days is critical to teach your body to keep burning calories.
