  • Working so far…

    I’ve tried every diet, packaged meals, intermittent fasting, diet pills and everything in between, but nothing has worked so far until Reset. I’m in my mid 60s, so I just thought this is just the way it is. I took a chance on Reset and I’m really glad I did. Reset is so easy and I’m sure there’s some psychology built-in, but on my Reset days, I’m a little hungry at the end of the day, but it’s not bad knowing that I can eat more the next day. The funny thing is that the next day I don’t feel all that hungry either. All I know, is Reset is working for me. I’ve lost 5 pounds in a week and I’m going to keep going.

  • Not what I expected

    I love the concept of this however, not at all what I expected. I would like to have the capability to edit certain items within a recipe that may affect the calorie content. For instance, if I made an omelette but left out the cheese, or I didn’t include that slice of bacon, it would alter my calorie and protein content which is all it tracks on the reset days.

    I don’t like that I can’t input my own recipe or food intake on the reset days, every meal has to be one from within the app.

    BUT MOST OF ALL…..I do jot like that there is no way to cancel the membership directly! What looks like a “chat” feature actually got me nowhere except to type in my message and get a reply that it will be answered in my email. I haven’t gotten ANY emails, not even when first signing up. Something just feels shady about this app. I feel like it’s pretty pricey also for no more than what it is.

  • Good program, but app is lacking

    I actually really like this method. It feels very sustainable. But this app is definitely not worth the cost. While the app does help you track two days a week, it’s lacking so many features. I would like to be able to track water, workouts, or have a chance to connect with other users. This app has none of that. I’ve been using it for 2 months now. I’ll keep using it for the 12 weeks I had to pay for, but after that I’ll just track my reset days on my own - not that hard to track 800 calories twice a week!

  • No stress

    So far a good plan. Have been losing the weight and happy to see results in the numbers. Sometimes, the recipes are challenging due to my food allergies - would be great if I could just “plug in” the things I cannot have; and get recipes that don’t require so much time in thought.

    I am Happy - Happy. So easy. A little confused with adding foods and such. ( I struggle with electronics ). But I will figure it out!
    Two weeks post back surgery. Have been lax recording my food intake. Feel well, and excited with my weight loss. Still not able to get in any activity, just walking for now. Still having trouble logging my food intake.

  • Very easy plan

    I have been on this plan for 2 months I was looking for a way to lose some weight and couldn’t find anything that I could stick to. I love this plan because I only have to be strict 2 days a week and even though I have had other days where I have splurged i also feel not as hungry on my ‘free days’ and I eat smaller portions.I have lost 5 1/2 pounds it’s been a slow steady weight loss but I didn’t need to lose much.
    I’m so happy that I have found a way to control my weight that is so simple and ‘painless’ and easy to stick to because I don’t feel like I’m constantly on a diet.

  • Intermittent Fasting Without the Fasting

    I am in recovery for Binge Eating Disorder and have been for quite a few years. I have been able to give up binging and maintain my weight, but losing it has been more difficult. While my therapist is not down with restricting, this program allows me to do it only two days a week, and it has the added benefit of keeping my portion sizes in check for the rest of the week. It has done more to help me nudge my weight in a downward direction than just trying to be mindful by giving me a little more guidance, which I needed. And I only have to restrict 2 days a week, so I seem to be able to keep the overwhelming urge to fight the restriction with binging at bay. The weight comes off very slowly with only 2 days, but that is just fine.

  • Great recipes/easy program

    After years of daily tracking this is such a nice change. I am down 3.5 pounds in 4 weeks. And this feels sustainable. I think it has also helped that the recipes are good and simple and I have leftovers from each reset day so I am eating healthier even on my non reset days.

    Reset has freed me from a lifetime of deprivation. Finally, I have found a true compromise and can work hard a couple days a week and “live” the rest and still lose! THIS I can make a lifestyle. Love the app, so easy to use and the recipes are quick and tasty! Thank you, Reset!
  • Couldn’t be easier - but I need a landscape screen!

    The plan is well rounded, two or three days a week is very easy to manage, and offers results with so much flexibility. I am slower than normal to loose, and seems like my body adjusts so quickly that after 6-8 lbs of loss, it stalls. However, this plan keeps it fresh and flexible. I would have given 5 stars but I use the app on an Ipad in landscape mode and the app screen won’t flip to accommodate my preferred use. That’s all I need - just a rotating screen view! Very good value for the cost.
