I have tried everything under the sun, and thought what’s one more diet – this is when I found Reset!!! It’s an incredible program and very easy to follow I have just started and no I will continue if you’re looking for a diet look no further this is the one!atty939395
Very unhappy
The app is not what I thought from the description. It does not give you a meal plan to follow Its just a list of recipes and then a database to look up calories. This is just a calorie counting diet you do 2 or 3 days a week. You can do that without spending $72 non-refundable dollars in advance. Many free apps have a better database.
Went to the start a chat to ask a question - it’s just a messaging section where they reply by email! That is not a chat. It said East to cancel within the app -can’t seem to find that either. I am not technologically challenged I currently work in technology so trust me - it’s not me. This app is so not worth the money!!!!!Show lesslisasil2324

Could it be this simple? Actually yes! I followed the directions and chose 2 Reset days each week... and lost weight.
It’s definitely about learning to shift away from instant gratification and this tool really helps. There is no stressful fine tuning of macros or doing deep introspection — this is about making small changes and keeping things steadily progressing.
The only reason I didn’t give the app and program 5 stars is because I feel the intro “survey” should allow for more than one choice on dietary needs . (For example; hluten-free OR dairy-free- but I couldn’t choose both.)Show lessTmarzouk
Scam App
Inside the app, after you give them your CC, you’re greater with a basic calorie counter and about 12 “recipes” randomly plucked from the internet. There is no “cutting edge scientific diet plan”. The whole app was probably designed over a weekend.
Their ad on social media got my curiousity, and for $6 I figured I’d see what it was about. Contrary to $6/week cancel anytime as they claim, they charge you $72 immediately. No place to cancel subscription. No way to contact them; no email, phone number, or support portal. Mailing address listed on the site belongs to a WeWork.

Horrible
The advertised services-meal planner/ recommendations and calorie tracker-were redundant and seemed to lack anything new. Their “plan” is simply eating 800 calories 2-3 days per week and then eating mind filling the other 5-4 per week. It’s easy enough to follow in one of the free calorie tracker apps out there. Especially since they don’t offer much else.
I’ve attempted to request a refund, but Be warned: I used for less than a week but they charged for 12 weeks up front. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to cancel or see how I can get a refund even though they advertise a chat feature. No email addresses or even a phone number out there to follow up with customer service. Honestly there are so many red flags with this app and it feels like a scam and absolutely not worth the price.i wonder how much they paid for the empty meaningless 5 star reviewsShow lesstananananannanananan
