  • Save your money

Save your $70 and pass on this. Instead just restrict your calories to 800 for 2 or 3 days and that’s it. There’s really nothing useful on here except they do share recipes BUT when I see one that sounds good and I tag it to save, there’s no way to go back to find the recipe again! I’d ask for my money back but I doubt it’ll happen so I’m just considering it a loss. The premise of the program seems to work for most and that’s awesome! But I find it to be highway robbery that they’re charging this much for essentially a weight and food tracker that any reasonably intelligent person could do on their own.

  • It works!!

So far so good. I’ve been on the Reset plan for about 6 days now and had 3 Reset Days and 3 regular days. And I’m already down about 2 pounds. It keeps me accountable for my calorie intake. The logging only on reset days takes some getting used to. I’m better at remembering to do something consistently every day… so I keep forgetting to log stuff each day since some days you log food and and other days you don’t. I haven’t gotten in a routine with that yet.

  • So far so good!

This is a great program for me being over 60! I’ve had years of healthy eating and teaching nutrition for atleast 10 years. When I hit menopause (58 ish) everything started going south! Tried a few things. Some very good competitors but just not a good fit for me, this is working and I still have 5 to go but I’ll get there! Thank you Jenny Craig!! So far so good!

    Works for me!!

  • Good company

Unfortunately I was unable to continue this program. I emailed them to cancel and received a refund within a couple of hours. The program is good, and because of some health issues I wasn’t able to do it. This A+customer service!
  • Thank you .

So far still getting use to logging meals in for each day. Really appreciate the reminders I get to log in meals and the special notes when I’m feeling my worst. This program has been very beneficial for me in helping me to be focus to reach my idea weight goal.
  • Scam!!

I tried to find out about the program from their website but it makes you enter all of your stats first (height, weight, etc). Then you have to provide your email. I entered mine and it said an account already existed (it shouldn’t have…) I had to use “forgot password” to login and figure this all out.

Then I downloaded the app since the website is a dead-end. There’s no way to check your account. I have access to everything in the app but shouldn’t bc I never signed up!

If you try to cancel, you have to contact a coach, so that’s what I did. I’m trying to figure out how and why I have a subscription that I didn’t authorize.

The “coach” said I signed up via the app, which isn’t true. She said I had to cancel via my apple subscription page.

The app does NOT show up on my apple subscription page so I can’t cancel there!! I checked Apple’s help & it says that if you don’t see a subscription, search your email for receipts, so that’s what I did next. Guess what? No receipt!

I have access to this crappy app that I don’t want and didn’t authorize and no way to verify that I won’t be charged.

  • Yes!

Finally something that works. Not a fad but a new way of looking at food. I didn’t need to lose a lot of weight but I was super uncomfortable and edging up on the scale. This program is so easy to follow and definitely less restrictive than other diets. I’m noticing the changes and I’m loving it!
  • Very pleased

I have not followed it consistently, sometimes my crazy summer schedule has had me miss my RESET days. Despite this, I am still losing weight…slow but steady. I do keep to my intermittent 14-15 hour fasting 98% of time. I am very pleased that I am finally able to lose my “COVID pounds”‼️I have a class reunion coming up in a month, so I am planning on being more consistent this month.

  • Feeling encouraged

I started eating healthy 2 1/2 years ago. One day I looked at the scale and I was 159. I said to my self “No way am I going into the 160’s. So I started a healthy eating style of mostly meat and veggies. I cut out sugar, white flour and a bunch of stuff. Eating healthy, I lost about 18 lbs. but suddenly gained a couple of lbs. again and couldn’t get started losing again. And then I found this way of eating, with the restart days. I have just been on this way of eating for less than a week, but have lost a couple of lbs. already and the big thing is that I feel more encouraged and like this is doable for the rest of my life instead of being punished daily. I’ve only had one reset day, but 2 resets a week is definitely possible instead of feeling bad when you occasionally eat something that is not on your plan. This is a life plan without guilt!

I have now had 2 reset days, and am down to 139.8. First time I have been under 140 in 40 years. I feel great!

  • Would have been a five

I love the flexibility and the food options are really good the only thing I wish was there was a tutorial on how to navigate around. Once I learned I only had to log weight 3 days a week and only kept track of food on reset days, it’s fabulous and it works! My two cents is a tutorial and a way to log food on an off day just to see the difference would make it perfect!
