The app is terrible!!
I’m amazed how many reviews do not realize they’re supposed to be reviewing the app not the store. Love the store this app is a total disgrace. 1) visually it is challenging because people are using their cell phones it should not be so cluttered. The developer is obviously trying to make it artistic but that doesn’t help when you are using a cell phone. 2) The app is in capable of logging you in correctly. One minute you have an account the next minute it seems to want to make you register all over again. 3) The app keeps asking you to sign up for the ultimate reward program. But then it tells you that the ultimate reward program is not available in your area. 4) it seems like every other page is a captcha 5) it can not recall my my location & reset me to 3 States away 6) why can’t it use fingerprint ID? Since I can’t look things up on the app I will just go to Aldi instead! 😡

Won’t let me enter my address
Know don’t get me wrong this do look like a good app to shop for good meat and veggies but the problem is it won’t let me enter my address because I’m guessing it saying y’all don’t deliver where I live which is Houston so I’m also kinda confused on that please help thank you .
Can’t even use the app.
So I love this store and we frequently go to our local store. So I decided to try using the app. I can go in and look at stuff but anything that requires you to login, I have no access too. It keeps telling me Invalid Email/Password. I know this is not accurate as I am able to login on the stores website. I verified my information on the website and then entered it on the app, still a no go. A total waste of time.

Great service
Its so much easier to have the groceries ready to pick up after work. The only thing I dont like is there seems to be things offered on the app that a particular store does not stock.

High quality, nutritious food. Great selection. Excellent, caring customer service. Love, love, love Fresh Market and the staff at the Sutton Square location in Raleigh. They have been a life saver with the online ordering and contactless pickup for those of us in a high risk household during the pandemic. Don’t know what we would have done without them since March 2020. Their online ordering with the app and curbside pick is perfect. Simply the best in North Raleigh!!! Thank you to the staff at the North Raleigh location.

Our Favorite
Fresh Market is our favorite grocery store. Then with baby #3 and COVID the app and grocery pickup came just in time! Easy, convenient, time saving and budget friendly! Plus Mrs. Jerry shops for me every time she can- she is the best!!!
Great customer service & clean store
The store is always sparkling clean. The selection of items is pretty good. Price at times for somethings can be high. Excellent customer service in bakery, Sushi and meats department all in all we love the San Jose location Fresh Market.
Fresh Market always A Favorite
Have always loved shopping at Fresh Market. High quality fresh food, helpful employees and just the right size of store to get things and be done in good time. Delivery service has been great during the pandemic, and we appreciate the quick service. For elders like we are it’s been most helpful for us. Thanks for a great shopping and delivery service.

Not sure about the app since I can’t sign up
Would love to leave a fair review but I am stuck on the sign up page. The address field will not accept my home address in any format I enter it. It’s a standard home address with no apt number. Yet it will not take it and won’t allow me to complete the registration without it. I also tried clicking on app support link for this app in the apple App Store but it only directs me to the fresh market website where I cannot find app support. Such a disappointment.
