Where I never have to look at labels!
I love Fresh Market. I can shop efficiently and effectively without stressing over labels. It is fresh, clean, healthy and provides the quality of items I want to buy without needing to filter through all the processed products available elsewhere.

Seafood Dept could be more fresh and up the selection of quick cooking meal like fried fish, shrimp, etc.

Parking is problematic
Service was good. I wasn’t crazy about a substitution, but at least they had one. My issue was all three parking spaces were filled by ppl who were not picking up groceries. Maybe it has something to do with the pick-up sign being pushed to the side and leaning away from easy sight?
App is not user friendly
The app is not user friendly. Difficult in doing the check out and finding the finish button. Also the app seems to get in a do loop and not letting me finish the checkout. Have found it very frustrating.

Great Customer Service
I was ordering food online and I didn’t see the new Lemon Mousse Cake. I called local Fresh Market and they check to see if they had it. They did and told me the next time I order if it wasn’t there to ask the shopper to get it when they contact me during the shopping process or I could contact their Home Office to tell them about the website.
Since I had already received my delivery, I contacted the number he gave me. I went to voicemail and I left a message. Believe it or not they called me back and left me a message that the cake should be on the website the next day!
Today I went on and it was there so I placed another order. What an awesome place!!!

Best place for meat
Like a lot of people we eat less meat than we did but when we do, we want good stuff: FreshMarket never disappoints! Their fish is always fresh too - an d their baked goods are excellent!
Grocery Pickup within 2 hrs experience
I have attempted to order on this app several times because I love the food at FM only to be falsely led to believe that pickup will be available within 2 hrs upon signing in to the site. After carefully completing my shopping I then find that there are never any slots available the same day within 2 hrs or at all that day either for pickup or delivery. It automatically sends me to the next day. It is not the same at Publix which is literally across the street (5min) from FM in WBG. Customer service should be improved or tell folks up front that there are no pickup slots available on the same day or within 2 hrs ...ever. Thank you.

Quality and service
I love the curbside pick up. Everything has been perfectly chosen by a special shopper and is always ready when I arrive!
App won’t let me log in!!!
I’ve tried logging in via my Apple account and I keep getting an “Oops” response. Tried to create an account, said my email was already in use, so I did a password change. Then when I put in the new password it tells me I have to prove that I’m NOT A ROBOT, but there is no where on the sign in page to do that. So I have items sitting in my cart and can’t check out!!!!
Plus, when I click on App Support in the Apple App Store it takes me to the store’s website???? I see nothing on it about App Support!!!!
