I love the in-store experience. I am trying to place a curbside pick-up order. I have to register, but I keep getting a message, “Please confirm that you are not a robot and try again.” There is no captcha or re-captcha, or box to click or anything on the app, so I cannot register or buy through the app. I have an iPhone 12 mini if that helps the app developers try to resolve the problem.

Glitches
I love the Fresh Market. They don’t do delivery out here so I take advantage of the curbside pick up. I’ve experienced a lot of problems lately with the texting alerts. I get a text saying there’s been a substitution and click here to view. I click on it and every single time it takes me to a page to enter my address for delivery. There’s no way to navigate out of it so I enter my address but says they don’t deliver to me and again, no way to navigate out of it to review my substitutions. Shoppers don’t respond to my texts. Today I ordered a five pound bag of russet potatoes and they substituted two giant baking potatoes. Each weighing almost a pound. I don’t think that’s a good substitute for a five pound bag! They really need to work on this!!
Also in the meat and fish departments it’s very hard to make them understand I want two NY Strips, 12 Oz each and not one 24oz!😂

Problem Scheduling Pick Up
Twice, the website has showed an available time slot the next day when I started my order. By the time I got to checkout each time, it was gone and I had the choice of cancelling my order and going elsewhere to get it tomorrow or waiting a day to pick up at Fresh Market. I kept the FM order once again, but it won’t happen a third time.
Suggestion: if the pick up time is truly not set until the order is placed, remove the false offer of choosing it at the outset.

Please Fix App for Ordering Proteins
I love the Fresh Market!!! However, somewhere along the way the app lost the ability to select the weight for ordering proteins (meat, chicken, etc). Please restore that function to the app. Today, I ended up with three 3lb roasts instead of one 3 lb roast because the app only allows the user to put a quantity instead of weight.

Instacart partner
This app partners with Instacart to organize grocery pickup and delivery. Other grocery related Instacart apps (Publix, etc) work fine. But when it comes to the point where I drive to the Fresh Market store and park in curbside space, the “order is ready/notify us you are here” link provided to me does not work. I have tried opening it in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. It almost always says the page has trouble loading. This means i have to get out of my car, walk inside and ask somebody for my grocery order. This defeats the purpose of curbside pickup!

Awesome app! So convenient
I use it about 2 times a week to bring in groceries and avoid going out during the pandemic. It’s convenient and easy to use. It keeps the list of my past purchases in the app so it’s easy for me to go and pick from this list and within 5 mins I’m done. They have lots of times available for delivery ( I have found that if I order before5-6 pm I still get it delivered in the same day). I have an I Sra art subscription so I don’t pay extra to get Fresh Market deliver (there is a small Service Fee of less than $1.50 which I’m more than wiling to pay for the convenience). I can’t exit or talk to the shoppers when I buy perishables and they get it right !

Communication
The only problem I sometimes have is the communication with shopper is not always possible and it was an App problem that I think has been corrected.
One Time Deal
I have had the app for awhile and used it to compile my list of food I wanted to pick up myself. Finally used it for curb side pickup and it was a dreadful experience. Easy enough to order but it turns out the shopper in the store has a different version. My order for 7 bananas turns into 7 bunches of bananas. Which we don’t find out until we’re home. Order filled on time but the button for we’re outside at the curb doesn’t work. Going into the store they have to find the person that does your order that took five minutes or more. Then another five minutes to get it to your car. Only upside they refunded some of my banana money because they did charge for 7 bunches of bananas. Would not use again.

I find the store to b so cozy everyone is so helpful and they care about u and always help to find u something as well. Any concerns u have u take it to Roman and he solves everything so u end up leaving happy.
The fact that u stayed open without missing a beat when the pandemic started and that was so comforting above and beyond my store goes!

Not able to choose time slot
This app will not allow you to select the time slot once you choose when you need to pick up your order. The only options are a back arrow or an “X” to get out of the window. You touch the time a lot and there should be a “select” option beside the time slot or at the bottom of the window but isn’t. It’s really annoying because I can only select the predetermined time slot and that doesn’t always work for my schedule. Please fix ASAP.
