lost my chance :(
it’s been working well when cashing out for my apple balance. my main problem is that I just downloaded “Puzzles and Survival” and match factory, only for them to completely remove the offers the next day and not send the creds I earned to my balance. This completely screwed up my chance to earn on this app or Eureka even.
Edit: Contacted support and the live agent was very helpful! I still will be able to play the games and get the rewards later, since it’s possible for special offers to pop up a few days later. So far I’ve gotten about 30+ bucks within a small amount of time of using their app.Show less|| Cassiopeia
The worse
When I started out it was pretty good but then while I was doing the challenge for bonus cred everything started pending even though i was already completing levels in the challenge and received that cred. Then i did an in app purchase but its not showing as completed or pending and the only help I have gotten is that it can take up to 7 days for processing. I am starting to notice when the cred reward is under 50 it gets processed right away and for some reason the higher amounts can cause your account to be flagged even if it is a timed offer (jmo). I was still able to play games and submit receipts but as of this morning everything is locked. The bots are no help at all and just loop you. It is next to impossible to get in contact with a live person. I am going to delete this once all of my pending cred has been processed because this is a mess. Info and why it is an ok app.
I have had copper for about a year now and I have 300 hours worth of gameplay. I made around 90 dollars. This app was good until the now u get WAY less credits and it will take 1 hour to get about 70 cents. The old games that are not in here used to be 5 dollars every 30 minutes like 3 games. Monopoly go have me 3 dollars every 30 minutes, merge dragons gave 5 dollars every 2 hours and match masters giving 10 dollars every 15 minutes!!! Now it is 1 dollar every 1 in a half hour. Pretty crappy. The worst thing is that MOST OF THE GAMES DONT EVEN GIVE U ANYTHING. Some of the games don’t even give u money and it is a scam I recommend other money games that are actually worth your time. 1 year ago I would have given this app 5 stars now pretty horrible game DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.Show lessJhangjaj do

Thank you for your comment regarding the ability to earn credits. There are many opportunities to earn credits, as well as special offers and credit bonus offers that are updated on a regular basis. Some games/offer may be available for a limited time, and do not return. Please ensure you have the most recent version of the app, then select the Earn tab to see all of the most recent offers including any new offers.Pretty good
It’s not as good as Fetch but is still better than a few other receipt scan apps.
The receipt scanner is VERY hit or miss with it not being able to recognize receipts from very well known places (like McDonalds or Walmart for example) no matter how many times you scan them; but, at the same time, will also sometimes accept receipts from your random local “hole in the wall” family owned restaurant.
The biggest problem with this app in my opinion however is that the customer support “chat bot” is genuinely NO HELP whatsoever. If you don’t get points (also referred to as “creds”) from a game even after doing all of the goals, the chatbot will simply give you a list of things that *you* did wrong in order for you to not get the “creds” instead of actually assisting you. It also claims that it can help you speak to an agent, however I’ve yet to figure out how due to the fact that it never offers me an option to speak to an agent/representative.
Overall, Copper is definitely a decent way to earn gift cards by playing games and scanning receipts. However it’s extremely bogged down by glitches involving the receipt scanner itself and the most unhelpful customer support I’ve probably ever experienced.Show lessMr. Meatpie

They call themselves a receipt app and yet they only allow 3 receipts a day but not that many a week. 3 a day would be 21. The weekly limit is around 8-10. The “random” cred wheel ONLY ever gives 1 cred so to make $5 would take forever!!!! Unless you’re shopping through the app all the time, when let’s face it, nobody has extra money for anything these days. We’re barely surviving bc of greed and this app is no different. The receipt info is obviously valuable to companies or these apps wouldn’t exist. The apps then sell the info to the companies for waaaaaaaaaaaay more than what they give us for the information while they’re also making tons of money off of the millions of ads they force us to watch. Their support leaves a LOT to be desired!!! It’s AI and it can’t answer the simplest of questions and there’s no way to get a human being that I’ve found. If you ask the ai for a human it just tells you that it’s super smart and can answer anything and then you ask it and it says “hmmm…idk.” SUPER frustrating! There are way better options out there then this app. I’m almost to my $5 Cashout and then I’m done with it. The only reason I even kept it going this long is bc I had gotten some bonus creds for signing up so I figured I’d finish out the $5. It’s been 3-4 months since I downloaded it and I’ve only just earned 124 creds total. The rest were bonus points. That’s how long it takes to make $5. Soooo not worth it.Show lessCastalia81

There are surveys, partner offers, and many games which users can participate and earn credits. We use feedback we receive to make improvements to the user experience. I am writing this because I can’t seem to get past the virtual bot. I ask for customer service number, response is they are programmed to answer 90%of questions, I ask when is the best time to get a real person again same response with they can be reached through to virtual bot during business hours, well it is 3:40, my calculation it is still business hours. My problem is I received a virtual gift card from them been trying for three days to get it to work before I jump the gun and think something funny is going on. Well I called visa and according to them, first they have no record of that card, second they don’t have Copper as one of the companies they do business with. Hmmm something is really off here. I am hoping someone from their company see this and contacts me otherwise this will be posted on every social network I can findShow lessSisjohnson69

Overall this app was really good. You can play games and make money. It should be anyone’s dreams to literally play games and make money. The only issue I had with it was I made a in game purchase in a game that was in the special offers slot and I didn’t get my credits. Maybe it’s a glitch or it didn’t process that I had made a purchase. I was really looking forward for the credits afterwards but never received them. Maybe I did something wrong? I do hope I receive them in the end. Also it has been 3 days since I made the purchase. Maybe I have to verify that I bought something in the game. Thank you for your feedback regarding the in-app purchase reward process. Gaming partners transmit the data to Copper, which can take up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) ensure tracking is turned on for both the Copper app, and the individual game.Surveys need to be fixed
This app is a great app overall. You go on here, download a game, complete tasks on the game, earn points, cash them out for gift cards, repeat. It’s all great, until you try to do a survey. The surveys will either 1. Say something like “this survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete” and in reality it takes about 30 minutes to an hour. 2. Goes smoothly, you complete the survey, you’re about to get your points and then you screen pops up with what should be you receiving your points, but no it says, “error.” 3. You go on, go to take the survey, and it kicks you out saying “you are not eligible.” That being said, the games part of this is great, but the surveys really need to be fixed.Show lessTrueReview242

First, they limit you to eight receipts per week! If that wasn’t bad enough, snap a valid complete receipt and get hmmmm make sure you capture the entire receipt,etc. Attempts to contact chat support, because there is no live support, you have to mess with AI for 15 to 20 minutes just to get to a live chat person who is not going to respond immediately, but will respond a half hour or so later. By then you’ve moved onto something else because one can just sit and wait that long to snap and upload eight receipts. Maybe if you play the games and do surveys you will earn points and timely fashion. Snapping receipts only eight a week when it works, I’m at 415 points in like three weeks makes 500 to redeem for anything too challenging. There are much better receipt apps out there and I pretty much have them all.Show lessKediTC

This app was originally really good. A representative came to my high school and gave us free money when we got the app, my parents loved it, I got my copper card, and it allowed me to make goals. But with the new update, it seems like they literally deleted all of those features. The new version is completely different, you do surveys and play games to earn money. It’s cool, but I would really love it if I could see my goals again and how much money I have on my copper card. Can I still even use my copper card? Can my parents still send me money through it? How do I see how much money I have on my card? These are all questions I tried asking to their AI support, but the bot was extremely slow and only could answer questions about the games and surveys. Originally I would’ve given this app 5 stars, and if they add the old features back, I will delete this review. Hi there. We recently learned that services were ending with our 3rd party banking provider. We made the difficult decision to close all deposit accounts and debit accounts in May 2024. We understand that the transition may have come as a surprise. This will not affect your ability to utilize the Earn features available within Copper.
