Please fix Pending Rewards
I have been using this app for about 2 weeks now, and I’ve made up to 30 dollars with this app. The only thing that makes me give it a 4 star because of the pending rewards. I have multiple rewards still pending that could give me 400 and 500 creds and I understand that sometimes i have to wait up to 48 hours, but it’s been almost a week and yes, I have completed my tasks to get the reward, so if you are reading this DEVELOPER; Please lmk or please respond telling me how I could fix this or get my rewards. I’ve helped multiple friends and family members get the app and I love the app myself but please fix the pending rewards because that’s the only problem I’m having at the moment.Show lessHaa Haa dinky

Thank you for the feedback, Different activities and amount of creds earned in a period (such as daily or weekly) trigger cred reviews. As a result, every person will have a different experience of creds pended or not pended, depending on which triggers they meet or don’t meet. When creds are pended for review, they will be applied to your total balance after the review, approval, and release of the creds following the pending period, which is no longer than 7 days. I have had copper for ancouple months now but never used it until this month. I was excited thinking this app was legit because I was able to claim my first rewards. The problem is before that I played games for more coins to get myself 20 dollars only for it to go to the pending section in my esrnings. I thought nothing of it and just waited like their helpbot stated when I asked about the wait time. After waiting a few days my pending earning started disappearing randomly and when I went to go ask the chatbot it wasn't any help telling me I needed to continue the game through the app (which I did). They also asked to contact the game website owner which wasn't the problem because my couns were already pending. If you see this copper please give me the coins I deserve and I might leave a more positive review. Thanks!Show lessDyEst09

It’s true this app gives you money and it’s way easier to earn then a lot of other apps but when doing the uploading for buying an in game purchase, it’s a total scam. It tell you to buy something in game and then upload your receipt for it but tells you over and over again something went wrong when you have all the right stuff. And of course if you have the game pre downloaded or in the cloud, you don’t get the credits even if you start the game over. But overall it’s good if you have never installed games. There are also very easy tasks to earn credits.Show lessKRap10

Thank you for the feedback! Regarding in-app purchases, we have passed this along to our gaming partners who review the data. A few tips to ensure receipt are accepted, make sure the game name, date, and purchase amount are clear. Also make sure the receipt is only for the one in-app game purchase.It’s good but if you don’t have patience or get upset easily, not for you.
It’s very good, I was able to cash out but there are some problems I haven’t gotten back about yet. One of the games’ creds is pending while another one isn’t showing up at all even though I completed the whole challenge and got the first reward so I know it’s connected right. So because of that I’m missing around 846 creds and it’s stuck at zero for me. It’s not that it doesn’t work or is a scam (as I already cashed out once) but it’s simply having an issue for me. I hope this is fixed soon, other than that, no complaints.Show lessKeyia2295

This app is absolutely trash. I just downloaded it today and don’t have one positive thing to say so far. The referral offer is a lie, it is not instant. My friend and I both earned the required 500 creds and now our referral credits are “pending”, when it clearly says on the app that it’s instantly credited. I have finished at least 6 surveys, got all the way to the end just for the app to have a “technical error” and I didn’t get the points. It’s just been a bad experience. I would never refer or recommend this app to anyone else. I’m deleting it. Don’t even get me started on the cash out part. At least on Pogo you can cash out through PayPal on your own device card…Copper forces you to cash out towards gift cards 🤦🏾♀️ obviously I’m in need of the money if I’m taking surveys online to earn it….why would I want to cash out towards a gift card if I need gas. There is an option to cash out on a prepaid visa ecard, and that’s what I did, but it just seems like a pain to go through all that.Show lessTeeY1982

It’s a good app to get points for games. It I not good for receipts. Fetch would still be better for receipts or Ibotta. For games I have downloaded a few under challenge mode through the app. I started playing them and under in progress only one will show up. I delete app and try again but nothing. So we play the games and aren’t even getting credit. So that part has been very disappointing. Customer service is ridiculous to reach about it and you only get this automatic message that says if you don’t see anything in a few days reach out but why do we have to wait a few days. I have had better luck through the casual mode which I have had a few that have not downloaded but the points are lower so I just go to the next one. I believe I saw this on tik tok and was kinda worried to download it. I didn’t want to give any card information or anything. I didn’t expect it to work but when I downloaded my first game and started earning I was impressed. I was even more impressed when I found out each point was a cent, that’s a lot more than the other earning games. And the cash outs are soo easy. You just have to connect in your cards to the wallet app. I have had this for under 4 months and play the games in my free time. I’ve got around $50-$60 and I’m still playing. I don’t have much free time as a student athlete but when I do, i can do something fun and still earn money. I consider this my “work” at the moment lol.Show lessAIyssa Alyssa Alyssa

Don’t download this app. I was banking with them and suddenly they closed my bank account on May 13 and shut down the whole bank switching over to a dumb money farming app. I have no access to any of my money (checkings and savings). Apparently a check was supposed to be sent with the funds in 10 days from May 13, yet a whole month later I’m here with nothing. Every time I contact, they send the same automated paragraph about how they’ll send over the money through a check. No luck on any end trying to contact them and I no longer have access to my banking info, only past transactions. My card also does not work, I tried to deposit all of my money at an ATM on March 13 yet the card was locked. They switched over to some weak money farming app but I wouldn’t recommend playing their dumb little games to win $0.05 that they’ll never give you.Show lesslaksokdenen

First off- yes, the app DOES genuinely allow you to redeem giftcards with "coins" earned by completing certain tasks in the games and surveys it has. Within about 3 days of owning the app, I've redeemed $15.
Requirement: If you're going to get the app, you MUST allow tracking for both Copper and the games you download or it WON'T work.
Downsides- As far as I can tell, through my multiple attempts: the surveys are more likely then not to break or not work. The options for games to play are also limited and you can't "reroll" your options to play more favorable games. Also, if you're going to use the app, you're going to have to dedicate a good amount of time to the app.Show lessBrutallyHonestR

Glad I never started playing monopoly go lol. I was skeptical at first but, I have currently cashed out over 200 in bitcoin lightning vouchers in less than a month. The review/ pending process takes a few days (3-6) and it will take about a day for the voucher to clear. This is the first and only app true as advertised. I typically don’t leave reviews but I can say this is is real. Just make sure you allow tracking on the games and make sure you see a check beside “successful downloaded”.Show lesshanabsvie b333
