Not really helpful

The app is pretty much just for a high-level overview of your accounts. The problem is you can only see your retirement outlook from either your pre-tax contributions OR your post-tax contributions but never both at the same time — you’ll need to add those together yourself.

My pre-tax contribution is significantly smaller than my post tax, and the app defaults to showing my outlook based on my pre-tax contribution which is totally unhelpful.

You should allow people to change the type of stock on the app.

App is great

Simplistic overview is great for the app. Only downside is you can’t add employer match % to the outlook.

Terrible

This app is just awful, reset my password over and over and still could not sign in, had to go to the website just to sign into my account.

The app wont let me log in.

It keeps saying my information is wrong it just stop working from morning to night. I tried every and it still won't let me log in. Please fix!

If I could give less than a one star I would

I always have trouble with this app. Every time I attempt to log in it always says the username and password do not match, even after changing them. So no, this app is absolute crap.

Lightweight and lacking

Could be so much more useful. Lacks many (all?) basic functions / searches you’d hope to have in an app that’s supposedly helping track your investments.

App is useless

This app is the worst financial app I’ve ever used. All you can really do is view information and not even detailed information at that. I’ve never written a review on any app, but this one is so useless I had to. Their website is equally as bad, straight out of the 90’s. I’ll stick to fidelity for personal investments while I’m
Forced to use this garbage for work.

Doesn’t work

App never opens just has the Home Screen with nothing else

Totally unhelpful

90% of this app is focused on showing information that is unhelpful. You can’t surf to find information that you want historically. You can’t customize dates. You can absolutely find the breakdown of the various sources of funds that is virtually never necessary. You can absolutely find how they mark changes to your account balance for unrealized changes in the markets on a daily basis, which no one would ever need. You can’t search for prior contributions, or purchase history of investments. Ugh. This app shows you where you are today, and that is it. Such a wasted opportunity.
