  • Customer Service is HORRIBLE

    Horrible customer Service!! I’ve been trying to call and no one will ever answer. I’ve left a voice message and get no reply back even though I sent it days ago plus was told by that machine lady on the phone that I’ll get a call or voice message back. So then I tried to reach out through the messaging way on the website. I chose other after they asked what they can help with. After someone reached out (at least I THINK) it’s someone and not a machine….I typed out my message saying hat I need help with. AND THEN IT WONT LET ME SEND…..
  • App ISSUES and Where is the Pal Care Team?

    Chat Care? No one available. I have been reaching out for 2 days now. Keeps telling me “we’re busy than usual, call the 800 number”, So I do, FOR 2 DAYS! I stayed on the phone for a solid 2 hours and no one answered. BUT…. I called again, hiving them the benefit of the doubt, this time I hold for 1 hour—no answer, called again and opted to leave a message.

    Nobody called back.
    How does one get help with this?

    Issue: Member did not answer- Twice.
    Me: No cancel button to remove the member off of my list, but there is an “end visit” button. Which does nothing but state “Call too short, click cancel or call 800 number…

    Uhhh I’ve done ALL.
    No one answers.

    I just need to be able to move forward.
    With an up to date iOs 12 pro max, Up to date Papa app… I’m sure I am up to date.
  • Great platform!

    This app provides a fabulous service, however, there are quite a few glitches to contend with, such as not being able to get in contact with support through the chat feature, because you are unable to respond. Also, it often drops calls as you begin a visit. It also gives a message saying “looks like you didn’t answer...” even though you did and if you wait to call at the exact start time, it causes you to be a few minutes late for the call, because you have to start over. It v would also be helpful to be able to add comments about the members when we complete visits, especially with someone you’ve spoken to several times.

    Applied 2 months ago, initial interview was recording a brief introduction message so they get to know you. Supposed to wait for 48 hours and then a recruiter would follow up. It’s never happened. I emailed 4 times, called 3 times to explain my situation. I never received any answers. Then I reapplied. Zero answers. A friend of mine applied . She got call back right away. Here the reason , I have an accent thus they discriminated me which is ridiculous ; besides, I am currently working with seniors and my accent never been an issue at all.
  • A waste of time

    I’ve did the complete hiring process and background check along
    with the motor vehicle check. Along did the initial interview which was basically telling you to download the app. After completion of these steps I was excited to get started and working. Didn’t happen , absolutely no jobs around my area and no one is doing any type of visitation. There is a few calls available but no one ever answers , so there a waste of time . Seems like a good idea but not practical . I am assuming the company is making big money for the virtual calls while they pay us $7.50 for 30 minutes .. ultimately I feels as if Papa is taking advantage of the users
  • Not what I thought it would be

    Today was my first day of taking virtual calls. I had four lined up. And nothing. Three were no answer and the fourth said stop calling and hung up. I feel like I wasted my whole day for nothing. I think we should get paid at something for these no answer calls and the hang ups. If so this be prepared for no having any calls go through. I’m going to try one more day
  • Good service

    Though there are some in the app, it’s being fixed as issues arise. The engineers are working really hard :) I’ve been a pal for almost 2 years, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Making a difference in a members life is so rewarding!

    I highly recommend being a pal, and if you’re a member using their service. Its safe and you’ll get an experience
  • Still a few glitches but overall nice

    I like the user friendly interface however a major glitch that I keep encountering is trying to update information such as adding a picture when I click on the appropriate action the app just shuts down. Also for some reason pals can’t book appointments more than 24 hours in advance and I’ve gotten a few error bugs when trying to confirm appointments only to find out that they were confirmed later. I hope this helps. Thank you.
  • Interface is too choppy, and no visits available

    I was hoping this app would be better than the first one released but I’m sorry to say that this app seems a bit confusing. Also when I’m going to different pages on the app it’s very choppy and slow. I really appreciate all the effort put into creating it but in my opinion the first Papa app was much more simpler to use and definitely easier on the eyes, albeit with some bugs here and there so I can say for sure that I prefer the former 100%. I’ve noticed as well that there are literally zero visits available for me to take up, I’m not sure why but I hope it gets fixed soon..
  • Nobody available

    The app is good and easy to use when it actually works. However, it seems as if nobody is ever available to actually talk with. It is not only a couple of cases. ALL of my attempts except for one has proven futile. Nobody is ever available when they're supposed to be. Most of the time I can't even leave a message to remind members that they were meant to have a visit at the appointed time

    There seems to be other bugs in this app because one of the members is stated as being 972 years old!
