The DasherDirect Business Prepaid Visa Card is issued by Stride Bank, N.A., member FDIC, pursuant to a license by Visa U.S.A. Inc. Subject to eligibility; use of the card is governed by the DasherDirect Cardholder Agreement and Payfare Program Terms. Payouts from deliveries initiated after each dash; funds are typically available within an hour pending any delays. Reward categories and amounts subject to change without notice. No-fee transfers and no-fee and low-fee ATM withdrawals available.

Three days ago my FaceID suddenly stopped working for this App. After entering the current password. I keep getting the message “Wrong email or password” after Face ID gives the green check telling me it processed. Since FaceID doesn’t work I enter the password and I keep getting the message “Account locked, For security reasons your account has been locked. Please reset your password to continue further.” I reset the password but as soon as I go to log in again I get the same errors. Support advised I troubleshoot. I’ve opened closed, uninstalled/reinstalled, checked for updates for the App. I’ve checked for update for and restarted my device, cleared the browser. I also troubleshot the network. Yet the issue persists. I don’t have this issue with other apps. Support has been unable to resolve the issue despite my contacting them numerous times. I was told by the last representative to remove the security feature FaceID. Prior to a few day ago FaceID worked just fine for this App. Support refused at first to tell me where they are located, stating they were “off shore”, then eventually stated they were in the Philippines. Please help me resolve the issue.
