I wouldn't recommend it Too many 1 & 2 star reviews.
Three days ago my FaceID suddenly stopped working for this App. After entering the current password. I keep getting the message “Wrong email or password” after Face ID gives the green check telling me it processed. Since FaceID doesn’t work I enter the password and I keep getting the message “Account locked, For security reasons your account has been locked. Please reset your password to continue further.” I reset the password but as soon as I go to log in again I get the same errors. Support advised I troubleshoot. I’ve opened closed, uninstalled/reinstalled, checked for updates for the App. I’ve checked for update for and restarted my device, cleared the browser. I also troubleshot the network. Yet the issue persists. I don’t have this issue with other apps. Support has been unable to resolve the issue despite my contacting them numerous times. I was told by the last representative to remove the security feature FaceID. Prior to a few day ago FaceID worked just fine for this App. Support refused at first to tell me where they are located, stating they were “off shore”, then eventually stated they were in the Philippines. Please help me resolve the issue.

Dashing saved my life
I was in Dire Straits… My situation was very shaky and although I had done work for Postmates in the past, I wasn’t sure if DoorDash was a real lucrative opportunity for the person with a drivers license and decent record… It hasn’t bought me a new car it has it paid all of my rent at once but what it has done is supplement enough to the point that my spouse and I don’t ever have a day where we are just completely out of money, forcing us to sell our things which we hold dear … My only complaint is the dash now. Option should be available for anyone above 50% at all times and the DoorDash pay per order with no tips should be much higher considering that most people ordering fast food in America are among the poorest , therefore unable to provide the gratuity upon which delivery drivers and service members in the food industry count on to allow them to comfort in life that the middle-class enjoys… But I have nothing bad to say about DoorDash. They allowed me to have the comforts then I would have otherwise not been able to afford… also wish they had more promotions with hundreds of dollars being the promotion instead of two or three dollars in order… I live in Arkansas and I average about $23 an hour. It’s about what I expected after reading the reviews online.

You NEED this if you Dash
I don’t even use the physical card. Using it with Apple Pay is so easy and the rewards (as long as you remember to claim them before going) add up quick. As a dasher we are always driving so the deals at the gas station are always appreciated. Getting paid out immediately can be so helpful in so many situations. I haven’t even went through all the offers but there’s a TON! Only been using the app for about 3 months now but it’s hands down better than the chase app I normally use.
The only things I would suggest (and they may already be there, I haven’t discovered all of what it offers) is to make it easier to deposit cash to the account. I called around to all the ATMs that they listed and none of them would deposit cash. Also instant transfer from other banks without fees would be great. Venmo and Cash app consider it a prepaid so you have to wait a few days or pay extra to make it instant. I’ve been using Apple Pay which is slightly less expensive since I switched all of my autopay bills to the card and it’s kind of a pain. If Zelle was added and cash deposits at more (or any) ATMs would make it perfect.

Appreciate Door Dash for All
I would like to thank Door Dash for providing exceptional opportunities for everyone big and small. Being a Dasher has been a lifesaver to my family as I had to figure out how to keep food on the table as a side hustle to earn a little cash, etc…Especially, with my husband’s failing health and a 12 year old daughter to raise by myself. Making our own dash schedule around her needs, school, etc as well as his needs, medical, etc… I am blessed and grateful to Door Dash. I could never thank them enough. As I experienced many blessings providing delivery to people who were disabled, elderly, without a vehicle, single parents and many, many who work so hard everyday and are so tired to bring them a little relief and rest from shopping, cooking, etc…I think Door Dash and the App really provide the best service they can to everyone and their customer service is AAAAA+. I just wish that the customers who complain and are rude or disrespectful and dishonest would be grateful as I am and that a Great Dasher will go above and beyond for customers. If you ever get a bad Dasher …they make us good dashers look bad and I feel they shouldn’t get away with it either as well as a bad customer. Being a Door Dasher is the best
On my very first day of being a Door Dasher, I was able to figure out the process of how getting to the pick-up location worked, how to accept the order, the directions to the customer’s location, how to to deliver it, how to get paid as soon as I dropped it off, and how wait for the next offer, totally by myself. It’s that easy and I’m 77 years old. I love being a Dasher because 1. I’m my own boss. When I succeed it’s because of my own efforts and my own determination. 2. I make my own hours. I can work (or not) wherever ,whenever and whatever hours I want. 3. I get paid immediately after each delivery and I can check out right then and there if I need or have to, but I choose to continue Dashing for the amount of time that I’VE chosen. Then I let my money just build up during the week, ( using my virtual or physical card to pay for gas when I need it, during the week) Then I can collect all or part of it at
the end of the week, I think being a Door Dasher is probably the best, easiest , and most profitable job I’ve ever had in my entire life. Best Delivery Company
I don’t know what I should say that would make it seem like Im trying to hard to write a decent review. In all honesty, this has been something that’s very very peaceful and also very fun. Its most certainly not for everyone in the manner that some people assume this is just some delivery boy/job gig. I’m not sure why driving a car at my own pace while maintaining really fun relationships between my community and family. Between the interfaces with getting paid and the very kind effort it seems that everyone involved is willing to have, it’s no wonder why some places can’t keep up. Like it’s to simple not to work out well, but you do have to apply yourself, and have fun. That’s about it. And make cash while figuring out landmarks and traveling maybe? Who knows… and if your not gonna scoop up the opportunity I for sure know someone else is excited or curious to see what happens with it. Anyways don’t wanna ramble too much I just think for my family and time for being there for really anyone in a convenient and comfortable way just can’t be beat. Thanks Dash keep it up and rolling

Love the Perks
This has to be one of the best cards I’ve had. It’s very simple to use and navigate through the app and I love the instant savings when I shop at a listed store. So not only am I earning points & discounts with my savings cards for the particular store but I’m also saving instantly when I use my card at checkout There’s no having to attach the savings to the card before they’ll give me the savings. It’s already there! I can either let it build up as like a little savings account or have it sent over immediately to go back into my available balance!! They also offer life benefits, such as life insurance, accident insurance that pays you or your loved ones should you fall ill and are unable to work or go to bed, you pass away, they offer credit advice, whether you’re building your credit, or trying to pay off your debt, & more. this card has started to become my go to card for everything! and for all of the things I’ve just mentioned there’s an amount that is provided to you free of charge you just have to sign up. And for just one dollar a week you can increase your benefits to help you plan for the unexpected. The other card companies could learn a thing or two from this one!!

Horrible service representatives
We called dasher support because someone somehow got ahold of our cards info. For context we DoorDash for the money but we Dont take the card out of our apartment, it sits in my dresser. We had 8 unauthorized purchases from Apple Pay but neither of us have EVER had it connected to Apple Pay other than when it was a completely different card a few years back. We explained that we got a email that the CARD ( NOT THE ACCOUNT LIKE THEY WOULDN'T STOP SAYING) was disconnected from Apple Pay. So then we checked the transaction history and lost a little over $50. They said it was OUR fault that someone got ahold of our information when it’s never left the apartment… Then proceeded to tell us to change the password? Right… because if they have the card, changing the password for the ACCOUNT would totally fix the issue. I’ve never been treated like this before and have been dashing since 2020 but this is ridiculous and I’m going to be switching to other delivery services due to it. I’m not going to let myself or my fiancé get scammed by some person who didn’t have money, and then get scammed by the company for something that wasn’t in any way, shape or form our fault. Considering the company says that if there was unauthorized transactions to contact them, just shows that they really didn’t care if there drivers lose money.

Don’t even look further for a better online debit card!
You can stop looking for the best online debit card account. Dasher Direct is the best in fact if you are not a Dasher already it’s totally worth it to become a Dasher so that you can have access to the very best . I’ve used PayPal for years and don’t get me wrong it’s so amazing akd I have nothing bad to say about it but Dadher a direct is faster way easier to use and understand akd u get so many rewards especially if you buy a lot of gas like me you get instant cash back rewards for every purchase of gas you make automatically. . The card is accepted everywhere I’ve ever tried and unlike PayPal akd a lot of other online prepaid debit cards it’s accepted in you digital wallet as a real bank account. Cash app card doesn’t allow you to use its card as your bank on some digital wallets. My info is just my personal opinion but I’ve had several over the years including Walmart green dot, PayPal cash app to name a few and dasher direct has so many perks . I don’t know if you can buy bitcoin or stocks on it like u can on PayPal and cash app but if hats something you don’t wnat to do anyway then look no further .

I love the DasherDirect app ! I DoorDash a few times a week to supplement my income from my full time job because I’m in school too and I love about a hour and a half from university, so Dashing pays for my gas for the week . Once I’ve completed my DoorDash my money is available instantly ! I also have direct deposit set up from my full time Job and I normally receive my paycheck a day or two early ! I’ve never had any issues and customer service is ALWAYS super friendly and go above and beyond to get to a resolution to my issue ! There are also a bunch of cash back incentives too ! Just for using your card to pay for everyday things like gas or food ! You can cash those rewards in for so many different things and they also have hundreds of partnerships that you have exclusive access to just for having an account ! For example I have $15,000 in FREE life and accidental death insurance !! From Avibra just for being a member! I recommend this App to everyone even if they don’t DoorDash just because it amazing !
