I have enjoyed the user interface, it is simple and concise which is perfect for a passive investment platform. The app works as expected for the most part.
I have encountered some bugs where I believe a stock should have been purchased based on a recent transaction and it only adds the funds to your account. This is not to worry-some as you can always manually invest the funds.
I wish you were able to add the Barclay Apple Card(not compatible with plaid) as I do most of my day to day spending on this account. Additionally I wish you could manually purchase a stock even if you haven’t “shopped” there before.

I love the concept and although sometimes it’s buggy like other people stated, I can see the continued effort to improve the app. I had some issues to remove and add a new card but eventually figured I could just delete all the accounts and cards, then add everything again. A little annoying but it worked out. Other than that, A+ love the option to invest without having to really do anything.

I like it, but I wish I could understand a little bit more of what is going on with my money, I feel like sometimes I don’t understand what is going on. I want to know what happens if I sell a stock, how do I get money back from this investments and where does it go? Cause I see money go out, but I don’t see anything go into my back. It’s not a bad review, I just don’t understand it clearly. I like Griffin, and will keep using it.

As it pertains to selling stock, you can sell your shares anytime, and once the sale executes and is processed, the cash value of the sale will appear in your Grifin account, where you can then withdraw that cash directly to your linked bank account. Others and I would say we would like an option to invest more than $1 at a time and we would like a referral program and we would like to see total return…all of that is there now! They’re the one company I’ve experienced truly listening to feedback and doing what they can to make it the best. And it really is the best. You feel like you’re part of the Grifin team and that makes folks want to support them because they truly support us. My latest suggestion is that I would love to be able to see more details regarding a company’s performance that I’ve invested in ie not just seeing that they’re up or down whatever percentage but I would love to be able to see how they’ve done over different periods of time. That would eliminate the need to go to another app to research before deciding to hold or sell. Again, I really appreciate all this app does and how receptive the team is to feedback. #Grifindorforlife

I can speak from personal experience because I been using it for about 2-3 years now, and sometimes I’ll forget I even have this app, then when I go to check it out I would have some extra money just sitting there from the dividends I earned. I was also able to pay my car off with just the money I earned back. I have nothing but great things to say about this app.

We've made a lot of improvements since and we recently just released a new Weekly Deposit Limit to help people set a limit on how much they invest per week. Can make it as little as $5. It’s a little buggy every now and then — sometimes the log in screen freezes (but I am sure this bug will be fixed in a coming update). But overall, very cool concept. One thing I wish I’d thought through in advance (maybe there could be a Pro Tip section for new users with best practices?) would be to filter out some companies from the get go. For example, most of my payments automatically go through PayPal. I didn’t check the app for a couple of weeks after setting everything up, so I discovered I’d almost exclusively bought stock in PayPal🤦🏼♀️ But that was a case of user error lol. Overall, super cool app. Looking forward to watching it continue to develop!

It was easy to set up and gets you investing with not a huge amount of cash up front. I have been using it for a few years now and have a growing investment portfolio with almost no effort. I recommend it to anyone that I hear talking about investing. I would say give it a go and you not be disappointed.

I just wish they would be able to make a agreement with other apps, such as Slide. I make many purchases through Slide to get the gift cards for companies that I shop with such as Lowe’s and Carnival. I would love it if Griffin would be able to communicate with them so that I can still get stocks in those companies while still using the Slide app to capitalize on the discount.
