  • Doesn’t work

    This is a scam. Dowloaded app. Never able to log in. Contacted support. Automated response that they reply in 24h. Took over a week and told me to log in via the app. Explained again the problem. Another week same response. Told them to cancel. Told me to do it via the app. Tried reset password - doesn’t work. No response from support as it is close to renewal date. I have the email trail telling them to cancel along with problems. Easiest solution - get your bank or payment app to blacklist the vendor as fraudulent and so block payment. Attempts.

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR APP!***

    I wish I head read reviews before even clicking on one single thing that this app marketed to me.

    They use bait-click to charge your account for things like “workbooks” without sending you to a secondary authorization screen for you to acknowledge and VERIFY your purchase. They do this intentionally to gain as many accidental purchases as they can and they offer ZERO REFUNDS FOR ANYTHING.

    This app is definitely a scam that is targeting a vulnerable population and is simply intended for financial gain and profit with ZERO concern for their customers or their customers hard earned money.

    The very fact that they don’t allow commenting on their Instagram is further proof that they don’t want people posting about these issues.

    I can guarantee they are inflating their 5 star reviews and are most likely participating in other unethical practices to obtain consumers funds.

    DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS APP OR THIS COMPANY. If you are feeling lost of fatigued seek real outside guidance and support and do not let these false “guru” apps prey on you.

    Shame on you Habio for unethically taking a single mom’s money, and not having one ounce of compassion in your refund policies and your “click-bait” practices.

  • Scam

    Avoid like the plague. I signed up for a free trial thinking this might be helpful for my ADHD. Before the trial subscription finished they had taken £50 from my bank account. I tried to cancel the subscription so that another payment could not be taken and then a few months later more money was taken without permission. I have contacted them to make sure the subscription is cancelled and they say they’ve cancelled it but have still taken more money. I think this is a scam to take money from people with ADHD who find challenging this kind of thing very difficult.

    I wish I would have read the reviews first. The app is horribly basic and I should’ve picked up on something being off as soon as I saw all the typos and language errors. There is nothing this app does that I can’t do without it. It’s basically journaling and the “advice” they give is stuff I’ve heard a thousand times. It was no help at all and the layout is confusing. I cancelled my subscription but they’ve already charged me and even after only two days of use I can’t get a refund apparently. Now after reading some of the other reviews I’m concerned about fraudulent charges. Just another app that’s preying on neurodivergent people who are vulnerable and just trying to do better.

  • Terrible UX and they stole my money.

    I tried to reach out to support when my trial ended as i did not want to continue being charged. It was really difficult to find a contact for Habio support, and i wasnt able to cancel it myself as I hadn’t even gone through the app onboarding therefore had no access to my account settings.

    When i finally did find a contact email, two months into being charged, i reached out and they took 9 days to get back to me to tell me they weren’t gonna be refunding me despite me never having used the app. Absolutely horrible experience trying to navigate their site online and with their support team. Do not recommend this app… you’re better off using literally any other app to help manage your adhd.

  • Never got access but still got charged. Terrible experience with customer service.

    I paid for the 3 day free trial (1€). But for some reason I was never given full access to the app. So the very same day I requested the subscription be cancelled - note, since I did not have access to the app I made this request by email. Conveniently for them, they take four days to respond to customer complaints, so I was charged for a month. At this point I still didn’t have access to the app. They have now told me twice that they do not cover refunds based on my request as per their ‘Money Back Policy’. So I read the Money back policy. Point 1.2 says that you can request by email the cancellation of your subscription 24hours before the payment date - I sent the email three days prior.

    The app might be great - I wouldn’t know. But the company is opportunistic and customer service is terrible.

    Use a pen and paper for your habit tracking.

    Somehow I signed up for a $10 2 week trial and $75 later they tell me I authorised it.

  • This is a SCAM With Horrible Customer Service

    I did a test online, which told me I had to download the app to get my test results. The results were not there in the app. It then instructed me to do another test. The app is clunky and hard to use. They then charged me a years subscription $126 AUD!! I wasn’t even using the app. Ive contacted customer service (Margaret) multiple times and my questions NEVER get answered. They keep telling me I cannot get a refund due to their money-back policy. I didn’t realise I was subscribed because it’s not linked to Apple ID and doesn’t show up in your ID subscriptions list. I’ve asked where does it show I’m subscribed in the app AND NO ANSWER. Worst app I’ve used. Worst customer service I’ve had. They just want your money. Do NOT use this app. It needs to be shut down.

  • This company is a scam

    I downloaded the app to have a look at it. I didn’t subscribe to anything and deleted it again. They have charged me £70 without any reason and they keep attempting to charge my card every month for £47. I have contacted customer service. They can’t find my subscription as I don’t have one to start with. But they continue to attempt and charge my card. The last attempt was yesterday even though I have contacted customer service to cancel any account. They are a scam! Stay away or you will end up being charged unlawfully!

  • Useless and poorly designed

    This is a very empty, basic app which gives no valuable input to your life what so ever.
    Perhaps if I didn’t pay for the trial (which tricks you into thinking it’s a free trial and then also tricks you into paying for a PDF checklist which you automatically think should be included into the trial) I would just unsubscribe, delete the app and move on. But the app is confusing and designed for you to struggle to unsubscribe. Feel like I’ve just been fooled and I feel the urge to warn others.
    Bad experience and very useless content in the app. Annoying navigation and very user unfriendly design.
