  • Scam!

    Was so confused, thought I was just signing up for a $1 3 day trial and then it’s charged me $48.57nzd?! I don’t understand how that’s happened, there was no payment screen or anything, it was just charged automatically?! There was a payment screen for $1! Predatory on people with adhd!!!

  • Scam and takes money without permission.

    Paid 99p for a 3 day trial. Immediately had about 6 emails, a couple of which had the option to download a workbook. (Actually the same one so downloaded the original and duplicate thinking they were 2 different ones). Only downloaded as thought they were free as part of the trial. Checked my bank and I’ve been charged 30 dollars twice!! So nearly £50 uk pounds for a crappy workbook I didn’t even want and was only going to look at out of interest, and without agreeing to pay anything more than the 99p by Apple Pay. Raised a dispute but still disgusting to take £50 without permission

  • Appallling SCAM

    this app emailed me back after my complaint about fraudulent charges on my card and claimed that I had ordered “in-app purchases” which is entirely impossible to do when you haven’t even downloaded the app. I only later downloaded the app after I screenshotted the scam charges on my card (TWO!) in order to cancel the subscription because there’s no other way to do that without the app, as it doesn’t show up in iTunes or Apple Pay subscriptions in iCloud. Appalling scam. DO NOT BUY!

  • Not working

    Be careful when signing up for a trial I have signed up and downloaded the app. Before doing so I filled up my info on website and was directed to the next page where I accidentally purchased pdf version not knowing I am being charged ( there was no notification that money will be taken only very cheeky small writing underneath the button) and I though that’s part of the subscription. After pressing the buttons twice ( nothing was happening) I realised I been charged twice for the pdf format. When I downloaded the app and tried to log in I couldn’t get through and contacted the support. Took them a week to get back so I have been charged for a month subscription too so all this comes to over £70. When I claimed I can’t log in I have been turned down that I have no right to get money back and they canceled my subscription .. 3 weeks later I still have no access to the app or purchased pdf formats and no money back. I contacted apple support however they were not able to help me as they can’t even locate my subscription with Habio.

  • SCAM! CANT UNSUBSCRIBE!

    I downloaded this app and accepted the trial period as i have done in the past with many trial periods for apps. I went straight to my subscriptions to cancel it like i usually do so i can use the app for the remaining of the trial period and not be subsequently charged when i haven't decided to fully purchase it or not. This app is a scam and you cannot locate it in your itunes subscriptions or under any usual location of subscriptions on your phone. I had no way of contacting anyone until the email came through thanking me for my payment, which i have now been charged for a month of using this app. I have since explained my situation and requested a refund which has been denied due to me accepting the trail period and using the app during the trial. This charge has left me with little money till my next pay period which the app people don't seem to care about. I hope this review stops others from downloading and accepting the trial as it is impossible to unsubscribe to. Be aware! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

  • Scammed out of $10

    None of the features portrayed in the ads are actually a feature within the app. When you access it, you realize it’s just a collection of articles rehashed from the internet and a clunky habit tracker with push notifications. As a UX designer I should have seen the dark patterns from the start. But in reality, it’s not dark patterns, it’s a straight up scam that is after a quick cash grab. There’s a reason it doesn’t run its free trial through Apple within the app. Apple would have never allowed it. They keep their payment system outside of Apple so they can’t be held accountable.

    $10 bucks is not a lot to me but they are literally targeting and stealing from people that legitimately and may desperately need help with the issues these developers are exploiting. It’s disgusting.

  • Scam app

    Previews are limited so I went ahead and paid for the 3 day, $1 trial. The app is very slow and clunky and completely the opposite to anything that would help you streamline your life. I immediately cancelled my subscription and deleted the app only to get charged for 2 yearly subscriptions overnight and now waiting for a reply to chase money back.

  • Worst customer service

    I downloaded the app because of the ADHD reading feature. To my surprise… there was none. So, apart from false advertising, it also made it too confusing to use and I ended up also making an “unsolicited” purchase of their workbook which had no price and design made it seem like it came with the app, but not, a hidden fee of $30 bucks was charged. I canceled my trial the morning of my last day and they STILL charged me again… when I reached out to they customer support, they were not very helpful and said I didn’t qualify for a refund. Do NOT TRy ThiS APP!

  • Scam

    I started 7-day trial and after 10mins I decided to cancel it. So I tried to cancel on the app but it went wrong repeatedly. I sent several e-mails because they kept sending back auto-reply. I wanted to cancel the subscription before I pay next one. They finally replied to me that my subscription is cancelled. But it was AFTER I GOT CHARGED. Even though I've communicated my intention to unsubscribe they deliberately delayed cancellation. I tried to get refund but they refused. Then they stopped replying to me. Shame on the developers and every staff associated with this app. Shame on you.
    Don’t think that you could reach them via e-mail. They won’t reply to you until they get your money.

  • Yup, it’s a scam.

    I never write reviews. Needless to say, I’ve experienced exactly what the other reviews have expressed concern over. I was naive and desperate enough to better my mental health, and downloaded the app after seeing an ad on instagram without reading the reviews here. I paid the $10 for 2-week trial, which seems to have been changed from the original $1 trial. I forgot to cancel my subscription and they charged me $50. What is a big red flag to me is that they have a bunch of different “packages” and “trials” with price points that seem to constantly vary. I contacted the support to confirm the cancellation of my subscription and they told me to do it in the app under settings. The only header is “restore purchases,” which I’m not even trying to do, but it says that I have none. It’s interesting to see how many people have had almost the exact same issue- and the “Developer” response to “contact us!” Stay clear of this app!
