  • Worst customer service

    I downloaded the app because of the ADHD reading feature. To my surprise… there was none. So, apart from false advertising, it also made it too confusing to use and I ended up also making an “unsolicited” purchase of their workbook which had no price and design made it seem like it came with the app, but not, a hidden fee of $30 bucks was charged.
    I canceled my trial the morning of my last day and they STILL charged me again… when I reached out to they customer support, they were not very helpful and said I didn’t qualify for a refund. Do NOT TRy ThiS APP!

  • Like the concept, but false advertising and poor customer service

    I like the idea of apps like this but found the app to be tedious and confusing to use. I found myself being deterred to go on and log my habits rather than encouraged. The free trial itself wasn’t free as it charged me a fee from the beginning. I then went to cancel my subscription before my ‘trial’ ended and found a charge for the full subscription fee on my bank account the day my trial ended!! I’ve been waiting to hear back from support, it’s been 4 days, and I’m starting to seriously question the legitimacy of this app + company.

  • A scam and a rip off

    The app itself is fine, BUT BUYER BEWARE, when you’re answering a bunch of questions (that actually have nothing to do with the app) they tell you when you’re done, you’ll receive a ‘report’ that tells you more about your personality. What actually happens is you they slide in an agreement to buy a ‘workbook’ for $30 that has to be printed to use and is not personalised in any way shape or form. I reached out to customer service about this and have been ghosted. Needless to say, I deleted the app and ended my subscription.

  • Report this app to customer service for fraud

    I’ve already reported them to the BBB and Apple support, don’t sign up for this scam. The god reviews they have are fake.

    TO THE DEVELOPER:
    Don’t get under this review and say anything about being sorry for my bad experience with your company until you refund me, and all the other people you stole from. That email you keep putting under people’s accurately bad review of you and your theft doesn’t work and you don’t respond. you people are disgusting and don’t deserve to be in the App Store with other reputable creators!

  • DONT USE THE FREE TRIAL

    I did the free trial and when I tried to cancel, there was no button for it. I tried looking on the App Store where the subscriptions are and it’s not there (usually they’re always there even for free trials) it took money out of my card today and when I logged into the app there wasn’t even the membership on it. I don’t want the membership I want my money back.

  • A TOTAL SCAM! ADHD’ers AVOID!!

    I wished I read the reviews before signing up. This is another scamming app run by foreigners where they entice you to sign up using questionnaires under the pretence that you will get to understand your own ADHD profile. But turns out it’s nothing more than an app to make you buy an app that you don’t need. It doesn’t help anyone with ADHD, except for “habit tracking” but it shouldn’t cost AUD$85 per month - there are free apps that do a better job. So highly recommend against it. Don’t make the same mistake that I did and don’t get yourself scammed!!!

    I was also charged $45, $45, and $35. A total of $125AUD. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!

  • Sneaky purchases

    I really disliked this app, it used very casual languages for purchases. Seems like a money scam.

  • SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!

    Don’t fall for this trap, they would fool you with their free trial period, but they will take your payment in advance. Their customer support is useless, not reliable at all. In regards of the app, it’s not even worth the time.

  • This is a scam

    Made the mistake of trying a free trial to see what the app was like and they charged me without my consent. 29.99 USD. This was immediately and without my consent. Then tried to cancel and none of their processes match up with Apple subscriptions. You can't cancel. There's no way to get out of it. This is absolutely a scam. I've reported them to Meta and Apple.
