  • Stole $ From Me & False Advertising

    These people man - actually I don’t even think they are people. They seem to be bots because everytime I message them to get my money back I get the exact same response. After seeing their add on Instagram claiming to be an app that converts your phone to an ADHD reader, I jumped on the opportunity to get it. Big mistake. The app does not do anything remotely close to what was in the add. It’s an organizer.

    They charged me two times for a workbook I didn’t even want and they REFUSE to refund the second charge. So in one shot I was charged three times (the app fee and twice for the stupid workbook).

    Don’t download this app. It’s a scam, big time. They are preying on this ADHD trend and lying to people who actually need help.

  • Disappointing

    I was attracted to this app via Instagram with the promise of a bionic reading feature. Once downloaded I was disappointed to find this was a journaling app that offered little to help me focus on my reading. Impulsivity is a clinically recognised trait of neurodiversity so I wasn’t surprised to find I’d jumped into something without doing the research. I attempted to cancel the app and was extremely disappointed to be charged for the full premier package the day later. I asked for a refund and the company were extremely inflexible.

  • Do not do it. They are a scam

    I was charged after the 3 day trial for full subscription to premium despite not wanting to because trying to cancel was a difficult process. Not only that but there are two transactions taken from my account from them and I my app also hasn’t updated to premium so I have been charged 43 dollars then 45 dollars for nothing. They have stopped replying to me

  • Complete scam

    about a month ago, i decided to start the free trial for this app out of the blue. i ended up forgetting about it until i received a $5 charge to my card from them. I went in to the app, cancelled my subscription, deleted my account, and called it a day. two days later, i received a !!!$30!!! charge to my card, for an account that no longer existed. I contacted customer support, and within a day, i got a response in the form of an email saying that my subscription was cancelled and my account was deleted. a week later- i received YET ANOTHER $30 charge. contacted them again, asked for a refund (for at least the last $30 charge, maybe the first one was my fault?), and was refused due to “refund policies.” Tomorrow would be the day that i would get charged again, so i’m writing this now so that i can update it if i get charged again for an account that i personally have deleted, and has been confirmed to have been deleted by TWO REPRESENTATIVES. will update if i get charged again tomorrow.

    It continued to charge me after I cancelled my subscription after only having it for 1 hour. I have emailed with no reply!

  • Overly complicated, bad ethics - easy to sign up and difficult to unsubscribe

    Not worth using it, complicated, takes energy into planning vs using the energy for executing the task.

    Bad user design - very easy to sign up to take payment details. Very difficult to unsubscribe - have to enter email address in the app. The app sends email a link which you need to click within 20 mins else it expires. Which will make the cancellation unsuccessful.
    It automatically renews subscription from trial period to full subscription without asking.

    I tried to cancel twice with the second time following up with helpdesk to confirm cancellation and refund as that’s not what I wanted. Got sent their T&C why it’s not valid - another bunch of steps to follow through.

    Like I said - not user centric. It’s centric for the company to keeping you without taking your choice into consideration. No ethic and look all the feedback with 1 star rating. Users would have give negative star ratings if possible.

  • Outright scamming people

    This app is so manipulative and unethical in their dealings, literally advertises itself as an app for ADHD and procrastination problems then take advantage of their inattention and forgetfulness to trap them into paying for subscription, claiming it’s my fault for not reviewing their Money-back policy!!🤬 No other app I’ve used has ever refused to refund on automatic subscriptions as long as they’re notified speedily, they’ve also never mentioned in their add that the currency is not in AUD so it ended up being way more than I expected!!

  • AVOID THIS APP! It’s just a “cute UI cash grab”.

    They won’t refund you any money, the purpose of this app, like many other apps these days, is to get you to subscribe and forget you subscribed. Aka, cause you more stress. I have suspicion that they bought a bunch of positive reviews too. The things you do in this app, can be done for free with a piece of paper and a pencil. It ends up adding more stress to your life than it does help you organize it. This app is so basic, that it really should just be completely free. There is nothing that the developers have to do to update the app, it’s kind of just finished. So why am I subscribing to it? Huge amounts of regret, but they caught me at a busy time in my life, and I forgot I ever started the trial for it. $50 charge later, I can’t go back on it. I forced myself to use the app, but it’s absolute garbage. It’s journaling, without the journal, but then tells you to journal your feelings… what? lol. Please don’t even start the trial. It’s just a cash grab, and these developers have 0 remorse for abusing people that want to better their lives. Wish I could petition to remove it from the App Store.

  • Dark patterns galore- don’t sign up

    This app is a scam and should be removed from the App Store / banned from social media advertising. I wish I had seen the other reviews before signing up for a $10 2 week trial.

    As soon as I saw the litany of complaints about fraudulent billing and difficulties canceling subscriptions, I immediately submitted a cancelation request through the app and emailed their CS team. While the app does show you a confirmation screen upon submitting your cancelation request, the app itself does not update to show a static message about your canceled status. Because of this limitation, I asked their CS team to confirm receipt of my cancelation request. Since then, I’ve gotten days of drawn out, unhelpful responses asking why I wanted to cancel, then advising me to submit an inquiry from a different email address because they were not able to locate an account associated with my current one. What a joke- I replied with a copy of the subscription confirmation email sent to that same “unknown” address. I’m fully prepared to report any fraudulent charges after my trial ends to my credit card company, and hope I don’t have to change my credit card number entirely to escape this sham of a company.

  • SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    This is a complete scam! Don’t sign up. I tried them for a 3 day trial because I wanted to be more mindful of my heath and well being so I was like why not. Well you need to contact them to cancel so I tried to contact them to do so. They don’t respond and when they charge your bank account they tell me it’s too late they can’t refund me and to fill out a form if I’m not happy with the service. Well that’s just a part of their scam I fill out the form and one month later still no response from emailing nor was I ever refunded. Don’t waste your time with them. DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK. That’s what I’m doing rn. Scammers. Bad customer service. Awful 👎
