  • Bad experience

    Found it very difficult to navigate around the trial period.. it said $1 for a 3 day trial before, subscription period, I found it so difficult to find how to cancel subscription before the trial period ended and wasn’t showing as it usually does on subscriptions on my iPhone? I was then charged $50 nzd, I emailed the services team explaining my issue and they said that they would cancel my subscription to avoid further charges. Just when I thought it was over I was charged another $50nzd a week after they emailed me saying that my subscription had been cancelled? It’s seems like a scam! I’ve emailed them again asking for my money to be refunded.. never again!

  • Extremely disappointed with unbelievable customer service

    I purchased the app and the subscription. I have never been able to get the app to work since I signed up. It was re-installed, deleted, updated and nothing worked. I asked for a refund of my payment as the product is faulty and does not work. Habio support team told me no refund and that I can continue to use the service until my payment period is over. I emailed back because having access to a service that is inaccessible is completely ridiculous. They just shut me down again by saying there are ‘many reasons why a refund is not given’- I would have thought a completely useless product would be grounds for refund but apparently not

  • Yep, a scam. The app is terrible and they charge you for your “trial”

    This is a legit scam — a sneaky one, too! They offer you a free trial, but it requires inputting a credit card and you’re immediately charged. I wrote customer service right away to cancel my trial and ask for a refund. Someone named Margaret on the support team wrote back saying that my subscription is cancelled and I “won’t be charged again.” I explain again that I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place, and she replies with “we do not offer refunds for the trial version.” I then have a few back and forths with her, both of us just repeating ourselves.

    I did the “most popular” trial which was like $10 or something. So not out a huge amount but it’s the principle. I imagine they advertise the app and pay a few dollars (at the most) for a lead and that’s worth snagging their $10 “free trial” fee. Total garbage app.

  • Scam App

    I cancelled my subscription the same day. But to my surprise i was charge by this app by $52.54 nzd. When i saw my account to check i have been deducted by the amount of $52.54. This is not good. This amount has to bw refunded back on my account as i have a screenshot that I cancelled my subscription.

  • Either non-existent customer service or a scam

    Stay away from the ‘free’ trial!

    I have emailed them four times to attempt to cancel my ‘subscription’ (I couldn’t do it via the app cancel section) and no one has bothered to try to help me. Because they are not a ‘proper’ subscription, they don’t appear in your Apple account to cancel. The app wasn’t what I thought it would be (and it’s useless to me), so I tried to cancel - and I am STILL trying, but I think they are letting it go as long as possible to try to get a charge out of me (if you have to do that; there’s something wrong with your product!). Apple, you need to do something about these predatory types of app.

    Update: I’ve had to cancel my bank card. THIS APP IS A NIGHTMARE! THE GENERIC EMAIL IS NOT HELPFUL!!

    The first time you have a chance at the top is the second one you get a free pass and you can go on your way back and then go to your car to go back to your house to pick it out or go back and then come to the bottom and get the rest and you get the rest you need and you get a chance for a second one to go to your friends car so I don’t have any problems getting you back in there so I’m going

  • False Advertising

    I saw an ad on Instagram for this where they show text that is bolder at the start of the word and fades, which appeared to help me read. The advert suggested the app would have this tool. So I paid for the trail and could not find the tool.
    When I messaged them they told me that the fading lettering was ‘not available’. Due to that I asked for a refund if the trail, to which they refused.
    I’m not over fussed about the £5 but the principle of not refunding is pretty lousy. The main tool they’re advertising is not there. What else does the app not assist with?
    I would not recommend due to the poor customer service and attitude

  • 100% Scam

    Shame on the developers for scamming people, like me, who are trying to work on their mental health. I did the $1 free trail through social media and my account never registered when I downloaded the app, so that was a waste. Within minutes, I contacted the company to cancel my membership. Four additional messages have been sent and an automatic reply says they might write back within 4 days. Needless to say I got charged $30. I will take it up with my bank as a fraudulent charge. If the company responds to this saying that they have contacted me (as they have with other reviews), it’s a lie. Check out their Instagram too - they block and/or limit comments.

    Update: to the comment from the developer - I did fill out the form. I also sent an email from my person address. I’ve done both at least 5 times and never one response. In fact, your reply is the first time I’ve ever heard from your company. Tell me it’s a scam without telling me it’s a scam.

  • Lots of steps, annoying, not helpful.

    I do not recommend this app at all.

    OK I just downloaded it and the set up is ridiculously long. The tutorial is really long as well. There are so many steps and questions that they ask but the end result is not helpful or tailored at all. I do not even feel like this was worth my dollar for the three day trial. I’m going to cancel right now and it’s been less than five minutes since I download this. I do not recommend this app at all.

    The ad I clicked on, said that this would help with people who have ADHD and help them to focus, but with all of the steps I do not see how that is even slightly possible. I was already getting bored just doing the set up alone. But I still went through the whole set up and then tried to see what things that it would track and it’s nothing that’s useful in helping you to learn to focus.

  • Fatal Mistake Developers

    I was excited to try it this app but after reading the reviews, I see the developers made a fatal mistake that will only ensure the death of their app: losing past, current, and future user's trust.
    The fact that the first several top-rated reviews were all previous users warning others not to pay for subscription due to the developers' shady practices was enough to steer me away from testing a trial of the app. So to those who warned me and others looking to use the app, thank you.
    But to the developers? You lost a potential customer. If you offer a trial, you should keep your word and not make the process difficult for your users to get their money back. It's a shame, really. It looked like a decent app.
