  • Missing French

    C'est un bon produit avec un look moderne. Mais il n'est pas multilingue et ne s'affiche qu'en anglais. Autant au niveau de l'affichage de l'appareil que de la langue affichée dans l'application iOS. 3 Étoiles pour la langue affichée 4,5 Étoiles pour l'appareil et sa facilité d'utilisation

  • Don’t think I would purchase again

    There are technical issues I’m having and when I reached out for support I didn’t feel like they are listening or trying to find the issue. And they only responded once and never again after that. So no customer service as far as I’m concerned. It’s been zero aqi which is def weird. Especially when I’ve had the door open outside or been cooking. Then out of nowhere it spikes over 200 and then won’t come down from that number. This happened late at night. So no reason for that kind of long ongoing spike. Just cause it has tech features doesn’t mean it’s better. I will likely purchase a smaller one with a different brand for my bedroom since this one has been inaccurate/unpredictable lately.

  • Good but Noisy

    When I first got my Mila it wasn’t noiseless but it was much quieter than it is now(about 1 year later). Actually I found the moistness of the device became quite annoying within 6mnths of owning it. It makes a very loud high pitch whine and th motor is quite rattle sounding too. It does help with the neighbour's cigarette smoke that comes into my room through the ventilation system and from outside too.
    I do like the device overall but the noise is disturbing at night, when I am trying to sleep.
    I’d give it 9/10 for air cleaning but
    3/10 for being quiet.
    I change the sock filters regularly and the internal filter as well.
    Considering the cost of the device, I am very disappointed in it’s performance. I would not recommend it or buy another.

  • Unreliable

    Interface with Alexa has stopped working altogether.
    Often controlling the Mila via the app doesn’t work…the device doesn’t really receive the commands.
    You end spending time back and forth with support and no real solution is provided

  • Worked well till it didn’t

    Worked well until it refused to tune back on after changing the filter. Not recommended.

    That is unusual. Make sure to check the on/off power switch as well at the bottom of your Mila near the power cable. If that is not helping, please send us an email to support@milacares.com and we’ll be happy to help.
  • Wish it supports the iPad screen

    I have the Mila app on my iPhone and it works great but it does not support the iPad screen size so it will be nice if there was a iPad version.

  • WHY DO YOU LOG ME OUT ALL THE TIME

    No app I use logs me out more frequently than yours. Why????? If you’re so obsessed with security at least enable Face ID so I don’t have to remember or reset my password every couple of months.

  • Widgets Broken

    Is it just me or do the Home Screen widgets not work anymore. Initial functionality was good but I feel a recent app update has broken it. I’m using a large widget and it only shows the default artwork from before it loads any data for the first time. Have rebooted, removed and readded the widget (and others for this app) and none work. Other 3rd party app widgets also work.
