  • Great Product

    Our Mila just arrived. What a beautifully made product. Design is so good. The App is brilliant, right amount of info, easy to operate and such a nice touch of personality integrated into the software.

  • I’m in love

    I’ve had other air cleaners but nothing compares to my new Mila! It’s quiet, works fast and I love getting actual AQI data. I have three dogs and live in a place with horrible air quality but she keeps my great room at zero. Except when I burned popcorn. Then I just moved her to the kitchen and she took care of it. Can’t wait to save up for one more to replace the inferior unit in my bedroom. Spend the money and get a Mila. You won’t regret it.

  • Love our Mila!

    Stylish, user friendly, and does a fantastic job cleaning the air! I was suffering for months from sinus headaches. Since we got our Mila, I haven’t woken up with a single headache or nasal congestion. We purchased our first one for our master bedroom. We will be purchasing others for more rooms in our house. Highly recommend!

  • Can’t connect

    Tried twice with 2 different accounts. I load up the app. Connect to the device. Enter the password. Machine beeps. I think great but then all it says is device is offline. I can’t try to troubleshoot or reconnect. If I forget the device, I can’t find it again. (This the why I tried to download and set up of new account). Also, Can’t connect to consumer service via the help option. That requires to go to account and then password, but that password option doesn’t exist in my account. Feeling frustrated and stuck after the long-awaited arrival of this device. It does, however, seem to be cleaning the air I think :)

  • Love it, but the Temp is Off

    I love this device. It really does a good job and it’s really easy to use the side from the on screen touch interface could be a bit more responsive. My one knock however is that when the unit is not running it reports a room temperature somewhere above 180°. Some thing there is not quite right
  • Skeptic soon turned a beleiver

    Im skeptical of almost everything now a days. I have to tell you I’ve run the game of tests ,trails etc on Mila and her support team.
    Never have I been let down…I can truly say “ never have I ever” in this case. I was even more leery due to price of Mila and her filter.
    All my doubts have been put to rest especially with her updates.1 Mila covers my entire one level home. Most others don't cover this kind of space therefore saving me money sinceI wonthave to buy multiple units .

  • Amazing app and product

    Great app and air purifier that continue to evolve. Support has been very helpful with an issue I’ve had with the carbon monoxide sensor. This is a new product from a new company but they are trying to do right by their customers.

    I wish there were a way to manually schedule fan modes. The housekeeping service setting generally doesn’t turn on when I am not at home, even when the air purifier sits in a room that remains motionless while I’m gone.

    The detailed graphs and info is a great resource and not something I’ve seen on many other air purifiers. I do wish, however, that you could see farther in the past for the fan speed graph.

  • If your WiFi goes out you’ll never find a way to get back to being on line.

    Everything was good till our WiFi went out now we have no way to operate Mila. Tried everything but it must be some secret/complex method to get back on. Anybody have any idea how to restart my unit?
  • Nice air purifier, not so great app

    For some reason I had an impossible time trying to download the app. Also not clear how to way to change the WiFi connection to your Mila (I wanted to switch to a different network and there was no apparent way to do this). It’s such a beautiful air purifier, but like many devices out on the market that comes with an App, this feature really falls short.
