  • Great but would love some extra functionality

    The app is really informative and easy to use. Great to see and control the quality of the air in our living room with 3 dogs! Manual mode is a bit ‘sticky’ and automagic has a habit of turning up really loud when we’re in the room. Would be brilliant to have a timer function for it to come on during the day while we’re at work, and maybe a max speed (I.e. noise) setting for the evening. Really happy with our Mila though - farewell dog smell!

  • Poor performance

    This unit never shuts down always reads high numbers even though my two Dysons don’t even after replacing its filter and switching locations with them.

  • Runs for no reason and Outdated widgets

    In the time of live updating widgets and interactive widgets this app still live in the Stone Age and the widgets are useless as they show outdated data even if I just opened the app. Issue reported multiple times but customer service is just full of wrong promises. Even the data in their app doesn’t show correct information on different screen and they just acknowledge the issue and ignore…

    Mila with running so frequently at louder sound, feels like it is cleaning what I don't see. After 2 month of continuous use obviously I can't even see what it cleaned on filter or socks
    I regret getting Mila and top of the line filter with $60 socks. I was better off with little less smart Air Purifier.

  • Sent me a used unit??

    For now it’s a 1 star. I ordered 3 units, 2 came as new the other was used, no power cord, used filter and these things are not cheap. It’s been a couple of days back and forth with Mila to prove it’s a used unit and now I’m waiting for an actual new unit, so we will see how long this takes. Who pus a used machine with now plug into a new box and seals it up??? Not a good experience so far, which is too bad as I really was excited about this.

  • Overall pretty awesome

    Data is great, seems to work very well. The fan is quite loud and makes an inconsistent noise with the occasional squeak (even at low speeds) which can be annoying if in a bedroom area or relaxing/movie watching space. App also constantly logs you out and there is no fast log in option on iPhone. Miniscule but annoying for home much this thing costs. Again though, works great, eliminates doors, love the data they offer.

    December 31,2023 update: seems to make a lot of noise now. The touchscreen has also come loose. Update from 4/5 to 3/5.

  • Terrible app, great product

    The app is so frustrating. It logs you out after not opening it for a few days, then doesn’t auto store username and password. It then doesn’t recognise password and I often have to reset password multiple times and it doesn’t recognise the new one. Really frustrating - can you not add face recognition log in? Or at least auto store details.

  • Excellent - if and when they work

    I’m on either my 4th or 5th unit, I’ve had to swap out so many I’ve honestly lost track. All of them have either had a bearing failure/motor issue within 1,5 years. My most recent replacement is starting to make the same noises now so I guess I’m going to have to ask for yet another replacement unit…

    I’d like to note that one of the replacement units sent was clearly used and didn’t come with a power cord. To add insult to injury, when I swapped in a cord from a functioning one, the motor on the replacement sounded like a 15 year old fan belt on a base model Ford from the 90’s.

    App/firmwear:
    App is mostly fine, not very intuitive/user friendly for those who are not tech savvy. But for the love of Dog STOP LOGGING US OUT. This is an air filter, not a CIA document repository.

    Constant firmwear/softwear changes are problematic because they mess with the fan speed/settings. As of now, there are no options to have less than 6-7 air changes per hour, when you used to be able to have very low fan speed settings in a couple automagic options and with manual. This just creates more wear on an already faulty:problematic motor. This inability to customize fan speeds/settings is very frustrating.

    I really love these filters when they are working but that’s a minority of the time from my experience.

  • Cannot register app so cannot use it

    Downloaded App up but no confirmation email received and so cannot use it. I can’t go to the next step so completely hopeless. I need technical assistance here. Customer service suggested another email address but that does not work either. Something is seriously wrong and I need a procedure to fix this. Delete the App , how and reload???? Something useful please.

  • App functions fine when I am logged in

    App is great and easy to use. Recently though it has been logging me out at least once a week. Very frustrating. Otherwise no issues
