  • Login… again… and again…. and again….

    I must have logged onto this app a couple of hundred times. Every time it updates it forgets the login details. It’s so annoying I wouldn’t have chosen this air purifier if I’d know. Not to mention that the temperature sensor is always wrong, the co2 sensor always returns the same reading. Not to mention, the mills is only one year old and already the motor has become so noisy I have to have it on when I’m not in and turn it off when I get home. Nice website. Great marketing. Disappointing product.

But please note that there are a few reasons why this may happen. Let’s review. If you could email us at support@milacares.com, we can look into this for you. As for the temperature and CO2 sensors, they should be providing accurate readings, so we’ll want to check on those as well. Regarding the noise from the motor, it shouldn’t be that loud. We’ve had some issues with a small batch of units, and it sounds like yours might be affected. Please reach out to us via email, and we’ll work on getting this sorted out for you.
  • Great, well designed app

    The app is as easy to use as it is on the eyes. You can tell they hired designers which is something I truly appreciate. Their app makes it easy to sync with Apple Home (HomeKit ready devices!) which bring additional data to my Apple Home for automation and such. If I need details, their app is there with the stats and information on air quality.

    I had issues in the past where the fan would randomly starts spinning like crazy. It is now long fixed and I appreciate their dedication to fix their devices and app.

    Missing Face ID or Touch id to login. Also, a max fan seting would be benefical.

    Mila sent me two filters that I did not authorize. With all the scam emails I didn’t respond and they automatically sent me two filters. Unacceptable. In today’s world. As far as I was concerned I had cancelled any further shipments. Was it cancelled properly? I have no idea. never got a confirmation two years ago. Very bad business practice. Unacceptable. 👎👎👎👎👎

  • Product failure

    Please don’t get me wrong. I love the function and the form of this product.
    I had a loud noise from my first purchase which was nicely replaced. I am now experiencing the same noise with the replacement.
    It’s loud and can not be running when in the same room.
    I must say I am disappointed.
    Willing to try a third time because as mentioned I love everything else about the Mila product.

  • 5 stars if easier to manage

    Our allergies are noticeably better since Mila joined our home. It is not easy to access the filter and we can’t find any instructions. Since we change filters infrequently, could you please include a diagram or instructions with new filters?! Also, when we cook it revs up so loud we can’t stand to be in the room. We can’t figure out how to lower the speed. We prefer a lower speed even if it has to stay on longer to clear the cooking odors.

    Glad to hear Mila's been helping with the allergies! Sorry about the filter swap hassle and the cooking concert vibes, though. Noted on the diagram or instructions for filter changes—great suggestion! Quick fix for the turbo mode during cooking: switch Mila to Manual Mode through the app and adjust the fan speed to something more chill. Should make cooking time way more peaceful. We also may have a future feature coming soon that just may be what you are looking for. 👀
  • Garbage

    I’ve gone through 6 machines in the past year…. No need to say anymore. I’d give it a 0 if I could.

  • Best purifier ever!!🐶🐶🐱

    We’ve had a few smart air purifiers but the amount of work Mila puts out and the price you can’t beat it!

    We own a Great Pyrenees (humongous hairy beast) , a golden retriever (smaller hairy beast) and a ragdoll cat (even smaller,just as hairy) and miss. Mila tackles all the hair,dander and dust! We live rural and have a full yard of sandy dirt, tons of trees and plants surrounding us and bringing in pollen and dust .. Mila has cut back in our allergic episodes from our asthmatic 6 year old by 50+%! We all sleep much better. Thanks Mila squad!

  • Noisy Mila

    I relay like the Mila .. when it works. However this is my third one. I wish it was a good as they say. The first 2 we’re noisy after 6 months. Both were returned and replaced. The wifi and app are not always working. It has been helpful on smoky days and gives lots of good information, AQI levels indoors and outdoors. And CO2 levels in the house. The third one makes a noise but we are out of warranty. I would look for other alternatives. I’m sure there are more reliable air cleaners available.

  • App updates sign you out

    It has become frustrating that with various app updates, I’m signed out, which breaks widgets. With apps frequently updating in the background this becomes very annoying. Whilst this might seem a minor inconvenience, other apps do not face this issue which leads me to believe there is poor handling of authentication. Further development effort should be invested into this.
